I usually love marshalls and for the most part this location is no exception. I am a bit miffed though, because I came in to return a dress my mom had picked up for me thinking I would wear it to a wedding I was attending. Needless to say, I did not want the dress so she asked me to go ahead and return it and use the money towards some jewelry or shoes or something. The tag was still on the dress, but she had clearly ripped off the "sale" sticker which in turn ripped part of the bar code off of the tag. but keep in mind, the tag CLEARLY SAID that it was from Marshalls. I took the dress in and tried to return it. The lady behind the counter was very nice, but told me that I couldnt return it because the bar code was missing and I didnt have the receipt. I was a little bit annoyed but I called my mom to see if she still had the receipt, and she did not. I then explained this only to be told that I couldnt return the dress even for store credit! What!? The dress is clearly marked as being from Marshalls, and it clearly hasnt been worn. Very frustrating experience.

Great deals at this store. Its cleaner and more well kept than other stores and the african-american lady working the dressing room is such a doll. Shes so sweet and kind, Ill try on extra stuff just to banter with her. Its difficult to find someone to unlock a purse for you as one person said it wasnt her department but when I did find someone else, they were very helpful.

Lots of nice shoes. Also love their beauty area. Lots of products I actually use. Like $10 St tropez self tan which is usually $30 in Sephora. Lota of beautiful stuff for around the house. I just came here to buy my kids some socks; enjoyed browsing though. Friendly, smiling cashiers as well.
