I love FOREVER 21!!! I am probably the biggest fan, I mean Ive been to multiple FOREVER 21 stores. Every location are good in selling different things. For example the Irvine Spectrum one, they have awesome purses!!! They have such a variety, and they keep bringing in more, but they dont have sales that often on their clothes and they dont have such a variety of OTHER THINGS. They always have so many of one thing. Like when I went last month, the whole store was filled with crop tops, and I was just looking for a cute long simple sleeve shirt, but no. Although, I should say that my all time favorite FOREVER 21 is in Anaheim. They have an enormous store, always has sales, and they have as variety of everything. For those of you who were trying to see what the actual franchise is and what it sells, look at the website. FOREVER 21 are for teens all the way up to late twenties. FOREVER 21 shoppers are usually very modern and latest fashionistas. Not for people who like geeky and really loose pants and overall kind of stuff. They also dont have things that have batman or hello kitty type of stuff. Not that I dont like those people, but they have separate stores where they can show off their amazing style. Dont forget, in some locations they sell men and kids clothes, along side women and teens.

This store had by far the worst service that I had experienced ,the manager gave me so much attitude. It is extremely disorganized and cluttered . Went in to return a item that I had bought with cash and had my receipt ready, yet I couldnt get back my money besides in store credit ?! Ive never gone through such service before and am appalled with the way I was treated.

Super unfriendly workers. Every time I am in there all the people are cold and not helpful, especially the blonde girl. I guess they are all typical fake Irvine girls. Plus they dont have a large selection of clothing to choose from.

A great place to stop in if your wife is looking for some burn and churn type of wardrobe. They have some nice looking pieces, but it takes some digging. Dont expect it to last for very long, but you get what you pay for.

Horrible customer service. Very entitled and unhelpful; didnt want to go out of their way to help any of the customers. Spent 35 minutes in line AND they had 5 cashiers working at the time.

This store is the most organized one! Customer friendly, and the staff makes sure you have what you want in the right size in the dressing rooms. I recommend this location!

The selection in the guys section is pretty weak. Prices are good if you can find something, but I wonder about the labor practices at their factories since theyre so low
