I am also in sales I have the opportunity to work for a great company by the name of San juan Capistrano Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. I have been a porter,a body shop painter, Owens my own be her pay her lot, (failed miserably ) a salesman, used car manager, sales manager. I was just promoted to service advisor. There are parts of the day that are good and parts of the day that are bad in any job where you have the opportunity to work with the public. Most importantly I came into Nordstrom rack for the simple fact of buying a pair of shoes. Ive gone to nordstroms Ive gone to Macys Ill spend anywhere between $100-$1500 on a pair of shoes. However money has been tight lately so I stopped at Nordstrom rack and was lucky enough to find someone there that cared about his job and me his name is Cameron last name Shalaby. Very important that he listened and also advised me based upon my new position at work having to wear dress slacks in And where a comfortable pair of shoes. its hard to do Im very familiar with shoes. echoes, Rockport And so on. And spending $1500on a pair of cowboy boots. What was so nice was the fact that he directed me in the in the right direction/took the time to going back and look for another pair of echoes tried on about six different pair of shoes and ended up with a pair of Timberlins to wear every day. I just want his employers to know that he is an asset to their company and if this young man ever needed a job I would personally hire him in a heartbeat. Smaller selection than a full department store, good prices on quality garments, service was good with somewhat knowledgeable staff, many staff that are friendly but not near the knowledge and recommendations of a Nordstrom or even a good Macys. If you need something specific like a shirt for a funeral, the reason for my trip today, you may be out of luck. If youre shopping for a deal on general clothing, this is a good store.

Had excellent experience shopping for a suit there. They didnt have the right size, so Amanda has found the right one at the other store in Laguna Niguel. She called in and put it on hold for me. So all I had to do was to drive there and pick it up. I hate shopping but this experience was a five-star! Great customer service! Thank you Amanda!

Way too crowded on the weekends. Lines like you would find at Disneyland to check out and selection not much better than I would find at Ross.
