Returned my Billabong SG5 4/3 fullsuit because liquid sealed seams were all cracking and falling off. Definately a defective material issue so I called cust service(Cotter) who recommended I mail my fullsuit to Irvine store, c/o Jack Galligher, the returns rep at Irvine/corporate office. He would take a closer look and get back to me. It was delivered to Billabong receptions on December 02, 2016. I called Jack Galligher on 15th. No answer so I left a message, and again on 23rd, no answer & I left another message....still not heard from anyone at Billabong. Very disappointed and am worried if I will ever hear from them or even get my wetsuit back.
