Oh My Gosh!!! This is my new favorite store to shop!!! Im an online shopper just because I dont like the customer service at some of my favorite brands. Ive been to this store twice now and have got some phenomenal customer service! WOW! Just WOW! Both times Ive gone the girls are super cheerful and helpful it makes the shopping experience a lot more enjoyable. I went in today just to ask if I could exchange or return a jacket that was defective and fit me super big after losing some weight, and Helena helped me by offering a great option taking into consideration: my needs and what would be the best way to get my bucks worth! Awesome job Helena and Gap associates I will definitely be coming in store a lot more often thanks to you all!! Please share your training with your upstairs sister store BR terrible customer service absolutely dread going there!!!! But love the colthes!!!!

Gap use to be my to go shop for basic shirts and pants. Nowadays, Gap prices are way too high in my opinion and the quality isnt as good.
