DO NOT SHOP THERE! DO NOT SHOP THERE!DO NOT SHOP THERE! The worst store ever! Wont shop there and wont recommend it to anybody! Just avoid this place! I dont know how others give this place 4 stars and good reviews. The staff are rude and impolite. My daughter bought a pair of shoes for her sister as a gift. It didnt fit her size when she tried that at home. I returned the shoe to the store for exchange and they didnt accept it. The manager said although the shoe looks fine, but its not clean. You should have cleaned it before bringing to store. I explained that the shoe is not worn and my daughter just tried it inside the home and you can clean it here, but the employee was so rude and impolite and didnt care basically for my explanation! If I could give it a zero star I would have given. DO NOT SHOP THERE!

I worked during the holidays and it was absolutely painful to get through the day. A couple of the managers were pretty helpful and easy to work with, and same with a few other employees. Everyone else was stubborn, fake, unhappy, and flat out cynical. Ive never been in such a hostile work environment that encourages the "employees" to be "friendly". If you go to Tillys, I recommend the one in Irvine Spectrum or something else. These people are not helpful at all.

Bought a Cote & Ciel Isar bag here. 9 months later the zipper broke, but the manufacturer said to visit my retailer. Came back to the store. They were able to look up my purchase and handled everything and took my bag. Manufacturer said they would replace, so a week later I came back and they remembered me by face and, although my replacement had not arrived yet, they gave me one from stock.

A guy helped me there buy a black Rastaclat bracelet a couple days ago and he was very helpful and talked to me just like I was a friend and not a customer. I wish I knew his name he had brown hair
