I went to the mall and I was just shopping around when Nathan approached me asking me what carrier I have & I informed him that I had T-mobile. I then went on to explain that I was paying a lot with T-mobile and that the service wasnt that great. He was talking to me about the deals that they had available which I was very interested in. Long story short I ended up making the switch over to Sprint & I am very happy with my service. So thank you Nathan for saving me money & also for improving my phone service. I will be telling my friends about you.

I was explaining to Nathan that I always have trouble with my phone which was the iPhone 6s. He suggested that I can always upgrade to the iPhone 7. So I decided to do the upgrade with Nathan & since then my service has been so much better as well as my phone itself. I love my iPhone 7. If you need anything answers or solutions Nathan is definitely the guy to go to. Thank you so much Nathan. I will make sure to always go to your location for any future problems or questions.

I went in to switch from my current company which was Verizon to switch to sprint. BEST choice to make, service is good and saving a whole lot of $$$$! Nathan made the switch easy and fast. Went to upgrade my phone. Store was busy but they did acknowledge and provide a welcome greeting. Carolina was the representative that assisted me. The entire service was great. She had a great attitude and took care of all my service needs and I was walked out of there with a smile. The staff including Carolina had great communication skills. Thanks! I went to the sprint store here in Cerritos mall. The sales person Aakash Shah and nuv the store manager who assited us was very helpful and very professional. He knew what he was taking about and explained all the plans clearly. He is someone you should ask for when you go there. We give him 5 stars and will send him more customers.
