Since their merger with Office Depot, many of their employees do not know the Office Depot promotions which they are supposed to honor. It made me waste my time travelling to another location. The lady was helpful, as she actually made put in a call to another employee, yet both were just a bit ignorant and incompetent in finding the correct resource.

Sara in copy and print is the one to ask for of you want quality service. They have good parking and there is plenty to look at inside the store, while you wait for your order to be done (if you have a bigger order). They will also call you when your order is done, if you choose to go home.

Great store, good prices, customer service could be a little better. I had to roam around the store like a lost sheep til I could find a staff member to help me.

This OfficeMax is terrible. I went to get my books spiral bound, and the employee ruined my books (and admitted it) and didnt even offer a discount for it.

great for a quick pickup of office supplies. needed a corded USB mouse -- called ahead, the staff searched and found it, and I dropped by to get it !
