The staff was really friendly and greeted me as I walked in. One of the associates attended to me right away. My phone was having some glitch problems but they were able to help me reset it and now its working fine. Luckily I saved all my info on my google account because they were also able to put all my saved files back in. I also wanted to get more info about the new phones and get an upgrade in the near future and they were very helpful with that as well.

I came in to make a payment and I was only acknowledged once, and told they would only be a moment I have been waiting for over 30 minutes now. Basically I am glad it was a cancelation fee that I was paying. Not coming back to this company for anything.

Misinformed billing period, no one takes responsibility (will pawn you off when ever possible) - "Not my fault, I only follow the rules", lie to close a sale. So watch out, if you are into shady sales people and bad customer service, this is the place.

They gave us very inaccurate information resulting in unnecessary charges and the wait time was ridiculous considering there were only three customers in the store. I will never go back to this location. Terrible customer service.
