Bought a new phone, computer sync software would not install, tech support bricked the phone. Tried to return the phone only to have the employees tell me to call customer service which placed me into a dead queue where I waited for 20 minutes for no one to answer the phone. I told the employees of this store that after 20 minutes I had tried and if Sprint couldnt do its part I would not be responsible for them not answering the phone. I left the phone with the store employees, they wrote me a letter saying I "abandoned" the phone. Incorrect, because an abandoned phone would mean I left it with them without identifying who owned it requiring them to actively search and find out the owner. Instead, I followed every process they required and identified my account. Sprint frustrated the cancellation process by failing to answer the phone with a timely fashion. Really 20 minutes is more than enough time. Cant give this store more than one star. Though I have to applaud Sprint for maintaining the unlimited data plans.

Dont bother with this location. I was recently dealing with a stolen phone issue and their best solve was to pay off my phone which would take 5 days to process after paying cash... and in the meantime add another line and pay retail. The manager to my complete dismay asked if I had a friend who needed a phone and after processing was done, I could get my new phone for my line and have my friend get phone and line I paid full price for. Extremely reckless advice for someone in a vulnerable position after phone was stolen. I then went to Sprint authorized dealer on Bellflower and Willow (next to Jamba Juice) and was able to pay off my stolen phone instantly and get a new contract setup at no upfront cost.

This place the workers try to lie and they try to cover each other. Do not try to deal with the buy back program. They will not disclose the proper information that you need. They will not tell you every detail about the buy back program is not what it looks like. If they say sprint will pay for you to cancel your other contract, then its not like that. Theres more to it than this. Have them explain the break down of how it is done.

This place is a joke. Ordered an iPad and it took 8 weeks when it was supposed to be 3-5 days! When it came in no even called. Useless customer service when they feel like picking up the phone. AVOID!
