My wife needs prescription starting Sunday that just past, we dropped it on friday a week ago... we check in the middle of the week and its not ready because doctor didnt call but farmacy will call them but tomorrow.... call the next day and have me waiting on the line for 20 min... my wife calls from her phone and they have her waiting 30 min for a combine total of 1 hr and 20 min... I was still on the line.... we walk to the ride aid just to be told the same thing before... and no one waiting in line.. The call still on hold and they are just talking to each other... Come Sunday that the refills is needed... and again no one called any where.... now is monday... we where on hold for about 30 min so we decide to walk to the store just to be told the same again... I tell the lady what is going on... its been a whole week for a prescription that was going to be ready at 4 the same day we dropped the prescription off...she asked for my phone number so she let me know tomorrow early if it is ready... funny enough they always ask for the phone number when the prescription is drooped and they have it on file... so she is either bad at her job or just pretended to help me

Years ago this place was great, in the last 3 years it had become progressively worse. It is just down the block from my house so I hated to move. Two months ago the pharmacy tech tried to give me the wrong medication. When is pointed out the mistake her response was” Have you tried this, it might work better”. They never have the medication in stock so I always have to wait 2 days. Today I am finally giving up on the place. I have tried to call for the last 3 days to get a medication refilled. No one answers the phone in the pharmacy or in the store. Called another Rite-Aid, they picked up on the third ring and told me it would be ready right away. They all use the same computer system so getting it filled elsewhere is very simple.

Stay away from this place. Watch out for Barry. He tried to over charge me. Then when I corrected him, he tried to blame me. Lol. Then he tried to replace the product. However, he tried to charge me for the wrong product by concealing it in his arms while he rung it up. I made him show me the product. It was the wrong product and he had already rung it up. Nope. Sorry. I made him void it after he finally admitted that he had picked up the wrong item. Then he tried to blame me. Lol. How did I pick the wrong one and try to conceal it so I can ring it up. Lol. Barry, if you were honest from the beginning nothing wouldve happened. Lol good luck in life, Barry, you need it.

Walked into the store first thing I did was looking at the make up(yet didnt grab anything) then went to get some other stuff I needed. I really needed to use the bathroom and the manager denied it to me super rude. Once I was paying, at the end, the cashier (a short girl with glasses)accussed me of stealing make up asking me "are you paying the make up separately". I was shocked and told her I didnt not take anything, she responded: "I was just asking" talking to another girl or guy (couldnt make a difference ) who worked at the store . Disgusting. Dont go here. Walgreens is better

The store part is great but I can stand the pharmacy I turned in a prescription for my son it is a inhaler cause he was having a hard time breathing and I told them that I need it immediately cause he was having a hard time and when my husband dropped off the scrip they told him at twelve out will be ready he turned it in at 9 we called back at 12 and they said 30 min more and my son was waiting on the inhaler so he could breathe better hes only 15 months old

Both Pharmacists lied to me and willl lie to you to try and get your business. Pharmacists made a promise that thhe had no right to make according to riteaid policy. They arent allowed to order certain medications without a Rx in hand. my point bring that thereally was no way for them to get my Rx in Stock before I would out. Desoto Pharmacy to the rescue.

Ive been to this place few times , I wish could go somewhere else but so close to my house , People are soo rude , I dont know why they dont hire nicer guys in the pharmacy , They just fight with you every time you go there and you have to wait a long time and most of the time they dont have your medicine in stuck

terrible service. i have been trying to contact the pharmacy for about 30 mintues now and nobody will pick up. earlier i was told my presrcrptuon was going to be ready withing two hours, it has not been 4 hours and its still not ready!

the supervisor does not qualifiy to be one, iwas there to get a rain check and he insisted that i have to wait for the cahier that gave the rain check,,,,he was the supervisor on sunday 6pm

Does anyone ever pick up the phone at this pharmacy? What is going on? And if you ever do get through, they just put you on hold for 30 minutes to an hour. I just end up hanging up, its absurd
