My my younger daughter and I went to this rite aid location the other day to pick up some cold medicine. While I was deciding which to buy, I told her she could go look around. As I finished my shopping and headed over to the aisle she said she would be in i found a employee there questioning her and mandating her to empty out her pockets from her sweater. I quickly asked her whether there was problem and my daughter started crying saying she was accusing her of stealing the worker stayed quite. I told my daughter to do as she asked, After realizing she wrongfully accused her, the worker there tried to deny she ever told her that and instead try to say she was offering help. I understand its a bad neighborhood and these situations do happen but, How dare they try to change the story when I myself heard her tell my child to empty out her pockets, which she cant ask in the first place because she was just a cashier. I asked to speak to her manager and she said he wasnt in at the moment (which was probably also a lie). Like other reviews Ive read here we too are unsatisfied with the CUSTOMER SERVICE here and will not be going back!

Ok this is krazy......been shopping here for a decade. I bought paper book and pens. There phony security guard black women and she was at cashier and bought all my object with her give a 50 dollar bill.with discount and got my receipt and left. There was a guy waiting for asking for my receipt and show him. He told he was the manager and so he want me come back in with him. And went store want take in back obviously he is racist. Just cause African American cant lozy pen and paper with 50 dollar bill. Please people stay away from pharmacy stereotyping people here.

I didnt like this Rite Aid at first. The pharmacy is usually a lot longer than other Rite Aids and some of the people who work here were rude. Ive had to use Western Union a lot lately and Ive changed my mind. I really like the employees at this store. They are friendly, knowledgeable and patient.

Racist employees think you are stealing when you are shopping. I will look elsewhere for my medication prescription, DO NOT SHOP HERE OR GET YOUR PRESCRIPTION HERE. Be ready to be questioned of you have a big sweater even though it is 45 degrees outside.
