Terrible. I often stop by this Walgreens on my way to work, and in the way home, and Ive never had a pleasant customer experience in over 2 years. All of the sales representatives are rude and unfriendly, and today, I walked in to the rest room, and saw that the toilet seat was visibly dirty with feces. I began to unravel some toilet paper to wipe down the seat, and the manager says "thats a lot of toilet paper youre using!" Astounded that he didnt consider that I was wiping down, and/or covering the seat to protect myself from contamination, and spreading germs and disease, I reply: "its dirty, this toilet is filthy. Somebody should clean it." And he responds: "I wonder why." And walks out of the bathroom. Furious, and feeling as though I have been accosted from simply patronizing at the wrong convenience store, I come across him in the aisles as I got to purchase my Gatorade, look him dead in the face, and tell him that "I do not appreciate being harassed while trying to use the restroom. Youre toilet was filthy, and fortunately there was a spray bottle of disinfectant available in the bathroom which I was able to spray the toilet seat down, and clean it." The entire time of me explaining and defending myself, he is being rude, talking over me, and telling me that he was concerned because I was "abusing" the toilet paper, and how the bathroom could not have been dirty because he himself cleaned it last night. Again I told him, next time I will take a picture to show him, bought my Gatorade, trident gum, and left. As I was walking away I heard him mutter "that little pinche, etc., etc.," to another gentleman in the store, but I decided not to act upon it and walked out. Terrible, horrible experience. Maybe I should start going to CVS across the street.

Rude manager. Dirty, smelly bathrooms. Not enough cashiers, long wait in line. I clicked the customer service button, and when i look for an employee. I see the manager laughing and conversing along with another worker. I shouldnt have to wait for them to finish their conversation to get help.

I give this store 0 star ⭐️s I went to exchange a beauty product and the manager Sahed accused me of stealing it , because it didnt show up in their system, saying I was a liar that I didnt buy it there , do not shop here they have the worst, and I mean worst! Customer service ever !!!!

The manager of this store gave me a horrible attitude when trying to return a product. Very unprofessional. Id suggest going to the CVS across the street, way better service.
