In fact, ZERO STAR for this location. Do not recommend anyone to use the pharmacy service here. Staff are lack of attention to work. Yes, they are polite. But it does not help them earn any star. I dropped off my prescription, and was told it will be 30 mins. I came back and waited for a while and was told that it will be at least 30 more mins. I came back again just to know that she had passed my order to someone else who did not even know that she had to do it! Very poor service.

I do think CVS is a good company, I was a stock holder up until a month ago, however they have to have more than one input person taking the prescriptions. I am in pain standing for any length of time, and the wait just to hand off the prescriptions is always 15 to 20 minutes. There is always one loser in the line that has to tell the girl his whole lifes story while I am waiting in pain. My store is in Porter Ranch , Ca. and they need to improve their very slow process.

The pharmacist in the tie was running the show as if it was a jail. No permission to ask questions or discuss the prescription. Even when I got a response out of him it had sarcastic tone as if it was my first time ever in a pharmacy. Very bad customer experience and I was not alone going through it. To top if off I asked for the manager and I was told (s)he was at lunch .. at 10 AM in the morning!

Waited in line at pharmacy pick up for half an hour. Eight people in line ahead of me. By the time I got to the counter there were ten people still in line. Only one person working the counter. This is not the first time the line has been so long. Every time, only one person working the Pick Up line. They need more help.

The pharmacy here is one of the worst. There is always a line, and it seems like they only allow 1 person to ring up pickups at a time. Ive always had to wait between 20-30 minutes just to pick up my prescriptions, no matter what time of the day it is it seems. I recommend going elsewhere for your pharmacy needs.

THE WORST pharmacy ever! My prescription is NEVER ready on time, and instead of getting help I am treated like I am a huge inconvenience. Unprofessional, rude staff, avoid this pharmacy at all costs! Wish I could give them zero star because they definitely do not deserve one! :(

This place is usually busy but the staff there are excellent. Especially Shelby. Like all businesses they get swamped sometimes but if youre not too impatient or self important youll see that they are hard working and do their best to help you.
