If you got an hour or 2 with notging else better to do, then this is your spot. First you wait for 15 mins to drop off your prescription, then for another hour to pick it up because when you come back theres another line you have to wait in. And thats after coming back an hour an a half later because I guess it takes 90 mins to fill up a bottle with pills. Somehow when I go to Ralphs Im out 20 mins after with the prescription in my hand. HIRE MORE PEOPLE, GENIUSES Update: went to this place today on 4th of July, 2015 around 1:50 pm and felt like I was at a 7 eleven when I walked up to the register-- no hi, no thank you, not a single world actually. Just the buy-and-get-the-****-out. Ill give this place a 2 year break before ever coming back again and thats only because its right across the street from me

Awful customer service, yes it Christmas morning I understand some people want to be at home. Asked for a price with holiday gift bags as all the tags were off the shelves already for promo changes and was told prices are on everything just look and see. I told him to never mind in helping as it was clear he wasnt interested Thereafter tells his co worker hes next to all he wants is to have a good morning. Apparently Walgreens there might be some customer service etiquette training needed for 24hour locations. Employees who can complain in front of customers because they have to do thier job make your store look bad. I left to a different store.

You guys are a joke .. went in and gave them a prescription there were six people working there... was told to wait 45mins to get my order filled .. OK fine... come back an hour later only to be told I would have to wait two more hours. I then asked the reason they told me we just put ur order through. And the lady said she was going home and that no one else will be able to do it with the biggest attitude... I asked if I can speak to the pharmacist she told me he doesnt want to help you now... ..a complete waste of time imm going to rite aide now..

As soon as you step out of your car the shopping experience takes a nosedive. The parking lot is FILTHY! Theres garbage strewn about everywhere, the small pebbles that were used to replace the grass landscaping are spread out all over the sidewalk. There is always someone right outside the entrance begging for money or trying to sell food. The staff are friendly and helpful, I just wish the property manager would clean up the parking lot, its a disgrace.

I love this Walgreens, they are the only only location around with a 24-hour hour pharmacy (one of only two in the entire San Fernando Valley). The employees are really friendly and dont trip if you spend like 2 hours in their store at 2:00am not really buying anything. Plus they always have the type of insulin syringes we need for my girlfriends diabetes. Other Walgreens dont even come close to this locations awesomeness.

The manager is mean. He was okay with taking my money for the prescription for my daughter but wouldnt let her use the stores bathroom. We had just come from the ER and my daughter was in pain, but he just lied and said the bathroom was out of order. Two of his employees contradicted his "out-of-order" lie.

I saw a rat inside the store. It ran from the candy section to the makeup section and climbed inside the wall. I still go there, but Im disgusted.

Prescriptions are never ready as promised. You always have to make multiple trips to pick up a prescription.
