I used to work here, so I know the kind of business this woman practices. Do NOT buy your flowers here. We used to use the oldest and barely holding together some bowlers that customers from halfway across the country were sending their loved ones. We had so many complaints in the time I worked there, it was almost comedic. These people would send photos of their terrible bouquets, and the customers from god knows where would call us demanding refunds. Scandalous price increases for holidays, and never enough support employment. Plus the owner herself is an ungrateful person, like she is doing her customers a favor and treats her staff like garbage. Positively the worst work experience Ive ever had. This woman couldnt put together a bouquet for her life; probably would do better with her eyes closed and then had the gall to criticize her employees much more professional attempts! STAY AWAY!!!! BTW, she made me write that glowing 5 star review below, so dont buy it.

They dont answer there own phones. They have some "off site" answering service. You cant talk to one of the florists about your order. Nothing but a assembly line outfit. No personalized attention. All the answering service can do is take an order from the FTD website. Shoddy customer service
