Pretty much everything youd expect from a flower place.. well stocked, takes orders, price is pretty much in line with others of the same quality. My one biggest complaint is they have a website stating "10% off offer for one dozen roses" but the two times Ive gone to buy flowers from them, they are very resistant to honor it. Even claimed they didnt have a website until I showed them their own business card on their counter with it on there. Good place but they really should honor their own advertisements, despite how internet savvy they may be.

I went to pick up my bridal bouquet and boutonnieres from another florist, only to find that the florist wasnt there! I drove down to Albany Florist and Gifts and told them what happened. I was practically in tears. The lovely owner and her daughter quickly put together a gorgeous bouquet and two boutonnieres for my fiancé and his son. I was so happy to have such beautiful flowers for my ceremony! This is my new florist!

Great people, great flowers and great service. So friendly and a wonderful selection of flowers. My go-to for my wifes birthday and our anniversary. Do not call some 800 number for flowers call directly and give more business to this nice local shop. We should cherish local merchants like this.
