Amazing customer service without having a monetary incentive to be awesome. I say this because they explicitly note that they do not accept tips. And if you truly insist on tipping, it would be donated to charity. As a customer, that makes me feel good about being a customer in the first place and spending my money here. They are known for their amazing flavors, that consist of black sesame, pandan and blueberry pie, just to name a few. These are their more popular flavors and I had the pleasure of tasting pandan, even when they didnt have it listed on the day that I went. I mentioned my disappointment of not seeing it and the guy in front (owner? not sure) told me they have it in the back and that I can order it. It was divine. Along with ice cream, they also serve ice cream bars and sandwiches. If you get a cookie for ice cream or just because, I highly recommend their salted chocolate chip cookie (a popular item). It was perfect in texture and taste. I cannot wait for their San Marino location to open soon! Its a much closer location for me.

I stopped by after hearing about them (or being reminded) about them on the radio show "Good Food." Luckily, I walked in when it wasnt busy and I was able to do a tasting without feeling rushed and got to speak with the employee and the owner, who was the pastry chef at Lukshon. The flavors on the chalkboard included unusual exotic ice cream such as kalamansi mandarin and jackfruit. I went with the pistachio and strawberry shortcake as this was highly recommended. Their ice creams was super creamy and rich with flavor. I would come by more often, if it was closer. Quenelle will give me an excuse to come out and make a trip to Burbank, just like how I make it a day or trip to Malibu to have Grom gelato. The owner told me that they get their chocolate for their ice cream from Sisley.

Ive loved their strawberry/banana cake cakes for as long as I can remember and was a staple at our birthday parties. Parking though can be a challenge.I remember my dad would drop off my mom and then circle around the block a few times and then my mom would load up the cake and we were on our way to devour this tasty treat. :) And to carry on the tradition, weve been buying this cake for our son as well. Aside from their strawberry/banana cake, the baked pork bun, pineapple bun, sponge cake and egg custard are super yummy too. Cant go wrong with any of the pastries/baked goods they have there.

Food: This is one of my favorite Ice Cream shops in LA so far. I love the Blueberry pie and Strawberry shortcake flavors. It taste just like you would imagine a blended dessert in ice cream would taste like - in addition to a touch of love. I dont normally enjoy chunks in my ice cream, but they did it so well here, it definitely enhanced the ice cream, rather than steal the spotlight. Everything tastes natural and crafted with care. Atmosphere: Its small, not really meant to be enjoyed there. Weve eaten it on the sidewalk or walking down the street. Its a cute tiny shop. Service: Great.

Quenelle has been recommended to me by my co-worker countless number of times. I finally was in Ikea and it popped up in my head. ICE CREAM! All I can say is wow. Just wow. Ahhmazing flavors not only for those that like ice cream but my buddy the sorbet connoisseur too! Will definitely be coming back for more. I got the mascarpone and the black sesame. Soo many flavors to try that Ill have to hip them up again soon. My mouth is watering just thinking about it but that may be more inclined since I am fasting. Wish they were open late night! I can never make it in time.

LOVE this place!! Small, but personable and quaint. So many different flavors and options. I tried this place because my friend said she wanted to take me to an ice cream shop thats even better than an ice cream shop. And boy, was she right on! So many choices, so little time and so many people waiting in line behind me. I tried 2 flavors and chose those 2 with caramel crispy rice... YUMMMM! They also have gourmet popsicles. There is also a small baked goods selection, including brownies, cookies, and bars. I cant wait to go back.

Take two at Wanderlust Creamery and they didnt disappoint!! A classic flavor, I chose Mango Sticky Rice In an Ube cone! I first had this ice cream at Smorgasbord and Ive MISSED IT! Even though Ive still never had the real Mango Sticky rice, the flavor tastes as if Im really eating this Thai dessert. I got it in an ube cone, or sweet potato cone, but I couldnt really taste the ube flavor in it. Nonetheless, this place is a solid creamery, the line was out the door, and rightfully so. I cant wait to come back and try something new!

For any ice-cream aficionado who has out-grown the traditional flavors and is looking for something more unique, this is your place!!! The flavors change on a daily basis and range from "Mexican Chocolate" to "Vanilla Mascarpone" to "Blueberry Pie," just to name a few. Remember to bring cash as it is cash only. On the plus side, the prices are so inexpensive youll be glad you held on to those singles in your wallet. A great addition to Burbank and one of the best ice-cream shops in Los Angeles.

Quenelle is one of the first gourmet ice cream places in the recent valley surge that has lately included Salt & Straw and McConnells. I welcome it with open, fat-kid arms. It walks an interesting aesthetic balance of no-frills cutesiness, which is kind of endearing in a way. Its location means youre not really going to make a day of getting ice cream and walking around, but its okay if you drive up, grab a cone, and drive off to wherever youre headed.

Cute ice cream shop that sells unique homemade flavors of ice creams, sorbets, and ice cream bars/pops. I got a regular which included 2 scoops for $4.25. I tried their Peach Bellini and Hibiscus Margarita (which had some alcohol in it) and they were refreshingly delicious! Service was great and parking was easy to find on the street. Ill definitely be back to try some other flavors.

I love quenelle... Their ice cream is amazing!!! They really worked hard to make their flavor unique BUT man the staff is not very welcoming, either they been there 8+ hours straight or they dont like to attend people. We are very easy going people and we understand what is to work 10+ hours without a break but man they act sometimes like if you go and ask for free.

A little "hole in the wall" type place with a mouth-watering and creative assortment of flavors, including dairy-free delights for folks such as myself! Sometimes its empty, and sometimes the line goes out the door, so theres no predicting when the best time is to go (unless you enjoy going for ice cream in the middle of a rainstorm).

I had the strawberry-lemonaide and Lychee. both very delicious and good. The place is a little hard to find, I could had passed right by it if I wasnt looking. No sitting room or any place to hang out while eating your ice cream. there is a tiny little bench out front. cash only
