Awful! First I googled this location and it showed that the location was closed. It was Saturday afternoon and I thought this was strange so I called to verify. A girl answered the phone. I asked if they were open and she said yes. I explained that the hours posted online were wrong. She said well you cant believe everything you see on google. She was very rude and hung up the phone on me. I was shocked. Isnt it up to the store to post the proper hours on Google? This is the most basic thing to do if you have a business. So my husband and I ended up going to the store anyway since we were in the area. We go there and wait to get served. I can already tell we were going to have a bad experience because of the way the girl behind the counter was treating the people in front of us. Very short, very rude, throws the ice cream in front of the customers. Okkkkkkk. So when it is our turn I place my order, coffee lovers only. Then the person tells me they do not have nuts, no nuts of any kind. This is quite shocking. It is nuts, how can you not notice when you run out? Someone obviously is not doing inventory well. To make matters worse the ice cream was melted, it obviously has not been kept at the correct temperature. The ingredients were STALEEEEEE. Why is this location still in business!?!!??!?! This store was horrible! Employees do not have name tags so I could not get the name. Girl was 53 black hair hispanic. She was wearing a random t-shirt and pants. Not the coldstone uniform I have seen before. Also there was another girl in the back wearing a short ass tight mini dress. Looked like she was going clubbing not really coming to work. Anyway I am pissed! I HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE ICE CREAM! NEVER GOING TO GO TO A COLD STONE AGAIN!

Hit or miss with this location. Sometimes they have all of the ingredients, sometimes they dont. Also the hours on Google are incorrect. I walked in on a Monday evening at 9:17pm, because Google said they close at 10:00pm, only to arrive with the employees telling me that they are closed. I would normally pay attention to the fact that the open sign was turned off, but sometimes the sign is off yet they are open! Service is fine. lf it wasnt for the wonky hours and sometimes missing ingredients, I would have given them a better review.

Good flavors and quality consistent as always. Although I think the flavors need updating. They dont have some gluten free choices. They have been having promotions recently.

The store is clean and the ice cream is good. Its also typically not busy and there is some decent parking as its far enough away from ralphs and the pharmacy.

Green tea pistachio and the salt and pepper pine nut flavors are so good. Perfect for a summer day, and if its a cold day they also serve coffee. yes and yes.

Went 3 times to get a shake and all week they didnt have milk, I even offered to go buy milk from Ralphs right next to it and they said they cant do it.
