Terrible. Car broke down 4 times within the first month, and engine needed to be rebuilt on day 31. I didnt even put 100 miles on it. Had to make numerous calls to get parts that were part of my contract. Its been over 4 months and i still havent received my registration, now Im being told that its at a different office in Los Angeles where nobody answers the phone. Very very very unprofessional once you make your purchase. Stay away at all costs. Few weeks later now. Truck is still down. No idea where my registration is, or the license plates. Good thing for me the truck needs a new engine and wont be on the road anytime soon. Meanwhile, whoever initially had the loan kicked it over to another lender who leery a month slip by without telling me, now Im "late" and cannot set up any kind of payment plan without basically dedicating a full day to the cause. But, go ahead and follow the other high star ratings that theyre either giving themselves or having their friends put on here

HELLO I am writing in regards to my experience at cash or finance auto once me and my mother got there Mike started helping us right away we looked and the cars I chose the one I wanted test drove it ran the car the car fax and two other history reports on car I decided on the car with only 32,000 mil one owner superb condition I know u cant please everyone and not saying you have to purchase from them but definitely saying go check them out but they definitely pleased us mike kept checking on us through out the waiting process and ensured that Shawn whom also did a great job at getting us the best deal possible with the lowest interest rate possible shawn provided us with great customer service as well thanks shawn and as for our salesman Mike Thanks again and i would absolutely refer family and friend to you anytime!!!

Ive read the reviews. The bad reviews seem to come from complete idiots. The positive reviews reflect my exact experience with this company & its staff. They are nothing but extremely positive. I purchased a car from them two years ago with no credit. They treated me like gold. Extremely accommodating. Extremely friendly. I came back two years later, after holding up my end of the relationship (aka.pay on time)...& they literally bent over backwards to get me into a vehicle that I would love. These guys are REAL. Cash or Finance Auto was worth an hour drive to purchase my girlfriends first car. We looked at various cars in different dealerships and not much caught our attention. When we arrived to this dealership, we originally met Mohammad and Mike. They were attentive and answered all our questions. They were not pushy compared to other salesmans that try to pressure potential buyers. After we decided to purchase the perfect car, Martin made the whole financing and paperwork process very easy and smoothly. They did a terrific job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone whos thinking of buying a car.

I was extremely satisfied from beginning to end. They have great customer service which to me is very important. The staff is also very knowledgeable with their cars. They worked with me although i ddidnt have the best credit. If you are looking for a car and a great experience this is the place to go. This company is horrible. After long hours of dealing with the nice people there and leaving with a car I find out days later the deal was bad & the car wasnt financed. The account manager responsible was fired & I never had the contract though the sells rep, Mike swears he gave it too me. If it wasnt for the finance company calling me to verify information I wouldnt of never known that they were trying to get it contracted for a higher note then what I signed for. I brought the car back. Took mines home & the following morning my car wouldnt start.

I had been driving by this car lot for months, then one day randomly I decided to stop by. The salesman Mike was amazing he wasnt pushy, explained what I needed and I left no pressure. I immediately went to the bank to get my money because at that point I knew I would do business with him, well to make the long story short Im now the proud owner of a 2014 Honda Accord Lx and Im in love. Their staff is amazing and very respectful. No matter what your situation is they do all they can to get you into the vehicle you want at a reasonable price. I have seen people in and out of this place with smiles on their face. They work quickly yet efficiently and if for any reason their is a delay with your approval they make sure you are comfortable while you wait. They do all they can to make sure the customer is happy. All of their cars have low miles and will not charge an arm and leg. I give this place a thumbs up.

just purchased a 2010 X5 bmw from them, I had a pretty good experience, there is room to negotiating. , but at the same time they seemed to be a little low on what they were asking for the X5. The salesman, frances was very helpful, and the GM of the dealership even popped in, then offered to buy us a drink across the street.
