THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. I bought a car here thinking it was a good deal and I wouldnt have any issues. That is not the case. My car has been BREAKING DOWN EVERY OTHER MONTH FOR THE PAST YEAR! When I bought a car from PCH AUTO SALES I was reassured the car was inspected by their mechanics and that everything was working great.Well it turns out their mechanics dont work on your car to fix it after you buy it in case they missed something. The warranty that I bought from them was no good. $3,000 FOR NOTHING. My FUEL PUMP BROKE A MONTH after I got the car and it was not covered by the warranty. Before I knew the fuel pump was broken, I COULD NOT GET THE CAR SERVICED UNDER THE WARRANTY BECAUSE THEY NEVER SUBMITTED THE PAPER WORK FOR IT, BUT THEY DID CHARGE ME THE FULL PRICE OF IT THOUGH. I HAD TO HOUND THEM FOR OVER A WEEK TO SUBMIT THE PAPER WORK BECAUSE THERE WAS ONLY ONE PERSON WHO DID THAT JOB OVER THERE. ONE TIME THE CAR DIED WHILE I WAS DRIVING IT ON THE FREEWAY. I WAS GOING 60 MPH AND THE CAR JUST DIED. I COULDNT TURN THE STEERING WHEEL, AND HAD TO USE ALL MY STRENGTH TO PUSH THE BRAKE DOWN BECAUSE IT REFUSED TO GO DOWN. TURNED OUT TO BE FAULTY WIRING. I had to buy a new alternator because that bad wiring killed my old one. I paid $5,000 for my car plus $3,000 warranty. I have spent half of that cost fixing up this car in repairs. The only reason why Im writing this today is because I just drove past them and figured I should warn others.

Worst decision I have ever made. I tried to save money by getting a used car. The salesman was very nice and pleasant and I thought I had made a good decision. Less than 3 weeks after getting the car I had to take it to a shop because it was dying every day. The Honda dealership that looked at it said there was the wrong size battery in it, and along with other issues, told me that it looked like it had not been taken care of well at all. Random nuts and bolts were loose and it looked very careless. Obviously the warranty that they sold me covered nothing that needed to be fixed so I paid out of pocket. I called PCH multiple times as I thought this was something they should have fixed before selling the car. After multiple attempts I was told I would be reimbursed, which I never was. I was just going to call it a loss, but a few months later my power steering started going out. A week to the day after that my starter went out. For a Civic under 90k miles, these repairs are pretty outrageous. I called and talked to Joe, who was less than helpful, and didnt seem to be bothered that I had paid over $1,500 in repairs when I was told the car was in good working condition. I traded the car in for a brand new car, and regret ever dealing with a small car dealership. It wont save you money, and there is no accountability. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. GO TO AN ACTUAL LARGE DEALERSHIP.

Bought an 02 Chrysler Sebring Limited Convertible with 80,000 miles which has basically never ran, it is also not currently running. It has needed the following repairs since I bought it: Major electrical work, the water pump, the thermostat housing, battery, several engine o-rings, removal of the alarm system, breaks pads, timing belt tensioner, some spring, ignition. In the most recent breakdown, the vehicle is now leaking out all of its antifreeze, causing the vehicle to overheat and break down some more. I have basically never driven this vehicle, it has been broken down for three of the four months I have owned it, and has been in the shop eight times now. I am afraid to drive it, as sometimes when it breaks down, it could cause me injury, or even death. For that reason, I only test drive it to see if its running yet, and 9 out of 10 times, it is broken down again. I am working on moving it in a broken state from the repair shop to my home, as Im unable to afford repairs, as this car has already cost me so much money in repairs, storage, and towing fees since Ive owned it. Overall, the worst car Ive ever owned, Brian, the management, wont refund me for the distressed vehicle.

I still had a pleasant experience here! I wanted to take the time out to say that my dad and I were really impressed with what a great variety of cars they had on their lot despite its small size! I went to look at a 99 Honda Accord LX and the price was very reasonable but when it came to get me financed, I didnt have enough income and so they need a much higher down payment. I only had $500 at the time. So, unfortunately I walked away without buying a car from them...but as I mentioned earlier it was still a pleasant experience! I spoke to Brian and was very nice...I felt NO PRESSURE whatsoever and I didnt feel like prey that was being stalked by a predator. He had the keys in the car all ready and waiting for me when I got there and just said there it is go take a look and we did! Then, we decided we wanted to take it for a test drive and it felt great to drive...it was a very solid car! We didnt even have to give them our drivers licenses or anything we just took it and drove once around the block...so again overall I had a great experience with this company even though I didnt get a car from them!

SEPT 22, 2011 Not a big fan about this place, I will agree the sales rep were nice, I test drive the car I purchase for maybe 45 mins, driving all around long beach the overall experience was good, I believe I got a good deal, what was frustrating is after I left the lot. There were minor things the car needed and I was told they provide it for me and it’s been a month and no response, no follow up and Im getting the run around when I call to inquire about the items. Secondly, the car had been in an accident once was discovered after my mechanic inspected the car and discovered some issues that have presented to issues. I haven’t had the car a month and it is no longer drivable and of course they don’t offer any warranties. in conclusion, the overall experience was fair. the customer service afterwards is very poor. I didn’t even ask them to reimburse me for any repairs, just simply wanted to inform them of the issues and inquire how the car are inspected while in their possession. I recommend being knowledge about car and have a certify mechanic with you.

Man! from my first contact with them via the internet they were spot on, I received a quick reply on the cars I had inquired about from a gentleman named Jack . he gave me lots of details on pricing and so forth. I called him to ask more questions and he was very direct and answered each question very knowledgeably, so far very impressed so I scheduled a time to meet and do a vehicle check, arrived after a hell of a time trying to find parking but it was worth it we found Jack a pleasant and helpful young man checked out the car it was all the add said it was and after a brief test drive we were satisfied .It did take a over an hour for processing and all the paper work but after dealing with Jack and The manager Shawn we left with our car very happy ! would I refer them again Hell yes ! Kudos Guys Its gonna be PCH Auto for us and all our friends hoo rah.
