I have been checking out the selections from this Outlet for a number of years. I finally found the vehicle that absolutely met my standards. My mechanic went through the vehicle and gave it and me a thumbs up. After considerable negotiation with Ken, we were able to agree upon a price. I have to say that it was an incredibly smooth transaction! Moreover, all items that we agreed upon were promptly furnished. Ken even managed to have the car delivered to my home. That is true customer service. While the lot is relatively small, the quality of the vehicles here is exceptional. I heartily recommend this dealer!! They deliver what they agree upon. Happy vehicle hunting and make certain you check this dealership out. You will not be disappointed.

Who ever was working there today was a Complete douch Bag, never introduced himself, no greeting and when I asked him to test drive a specific car he stated. "if you arent buying today then I wont test drive you, so are you buying today?" I stated well before i make that decision I would obviously have to drive the vehicle?!?!? He said well I need to know, so basically just left...I know these small dealerships strictly work towards people with credit issues, do in house financing and prey on the weak but wtf kind of customer service is this?!

bought an Mercedes Benz from them thought I was getting the best deal but the salesman Ken failed to disclose some problems with the car. I took the car to a authorized mbz dealership to get it inspected, found out that major things was replaced, fix ect. It look like he was trying to sell me a two-bit junk car and from the advertisment it loooks flawless but looks are decieving. Thankfully i also bought the cancellation agreement which i RECOMMEND to anyone who is buying a used car from a dealership...its worth it. SSHHAADDYY!!

Sold me a lemon. they sent the car to their friend who passed the inspection without looking at the car! just signed and gave the papers. they stole 19k from me. the destructive problems and they pushed it to the side. Im so mad i cant even write a review. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE? I wish i saw these reviews before I bought from them. I wouldnt have otherwise even went there if they had a Ferrari for $20. save yourself the heartache and loss of time and mental health and stay happy and away from this place.

I must say that I had a very good experience at European Auto Outlet. I contacted Sal regarding a 2007 BMW 75LI. He told me to submit a credit application. He did get me financed within one hour. Since I live in Riverside, I gave him a deposit over the phone. I came down a few days later on Saturday. The car was just like how Sal explained it to me over the phone. He had the paperwork ready. I drove off within 1/2 hour. I will be back to purchase future cars from European Auto Outlet and Sal.

bought an audi from this place, car seemed fine. but after i drove it home, a few days later it started making all these strange noises, and it ran out of gas, and i realized the gas gage was broke (but had been rigged to seem like it worked) cost about 900 bucks to fix. the noises were coming from the speaker system, it turns out the stereo and amp was also busted - another 700 bucks to fix. the car ended up costing me 1,600 dollars in repairs in the first two weeks i owned it. bummer.

A few weeks ago I purchased a 2004/SL500 ... There was no pressure sales pitch, answered all of my concerns and questions ... The service was great, very professional ... Most importantly, later I had the car inspected by my own MBZ mechanic who said the condition under the car and all parts are in exceptional condition. I dont even want to give a single star. Partly my fault for listening to the words coming out of Bobs mouth, I was a naive 20 year old excited for purchasing her first vehicle on his own and I completely got screwed over. My loan was way over the value of the car. I have been living with this hunk of junk for years now and cant even trade it in because I am in the hole.
