Nick is a liar. Long story short if what youre there to do doesnt make them money, they lie and say they cant help you. And have you call customer service. After driving 45 minutes and waiting over 20 minutes in line that pissed me off. Piece of advice from an ex salesmen, hustle through that type of customer and move on. Or better yet offer them a product they might not know about yet. You got a lot to learn kid. And for the regional or district manager reading this, this guy needs additional training and should be removed from the sales floor, just terrible...

I bought a second iphone here for my wife. The sales people (many) are very competent and friendly, wait time was very short, although the store was relatively full. However, the quality of service in this store says nothing about AT&T, the corporation, which is a terrible corporation, and it is a miracle it has not gone down yet, with this wasteful management and outdated technology. I guess that is why they have to charge prices to the US consumer, that are about double or more of comparable rates in other countries.

Slow kid that didnt seem to care if he helped me or not. Waist of my time . very disappointing. The last time I was here it was not open. me and a group of people waited over 40 min and still no one showed up. Bad store!!!

They are very helpful nice people very friendly clean place dont have to wait to Long that maybe 10 minutes the most Ben was very helpful with me today .
