AT&T service was always wonderful and just started getting too expensive. We called and they convinced us to switch to Direct TV for our cable at a much better price. We were quoted exactly what the cost would be, were told we would have one hard wired receiver and two wireless. They showed up with three hard wired boxes. Said they could install two wireless but it would be $99 each! So sick of bad customer service and deceitful companies hiding charges. After wasting 4 hours waiting on a Saturday we cancelled the technician and now are looking at Xfinity. It just makes me so angry that you call and wait and just keep being told they cant do anything and try to transfer you to another department. I hope the $198.00 they lost today was worth our service for all of the upcoming years that they just lost.

AT&T is really scraping the bottom of the barrel for managers these days. The attitude on the manager was shocking. She was extremely condescending while explaining the problem on my account that was clearly the fault of AT&T. Her attitude made the situation far worse than it had to be. I would rather pay more money with another company than deal with the incompetence that is AT&T. To be clear the majority of the frustration I have experienced with this store was with the manager. She clearly has not been trained properly. So if you are in the market for a new phone or looking to change providers I encourage you to avoid this location at all costs.

I worked with both Bryan I believe and Brian. One was a light skinned young women and the other was a red headed man. They both provided excellent service in helping me work out my broken phone situation on different occasions. They were both respectful, knowledgable, and patient with me despite me being pretty frustrated at the time. I am glad that the store hires employees such as these and it keeps me motivated to drive out of the way to make an appointment at this store and wait for either of them to help me work out any issue I have with my phone. i dont mean to rate this local store, just want to let all of the consumers know that AT&T service is so so bad, they screw up my bill every month and i have to call to adjust it every single month ... i have enough ... i signed 12months promotion contract UVERSE (home phone and internet) as $52 ... every month i got the bill as $80 plus ... call every month to adjust it ... for this month, they refused to adjust it for me and completely deny the contract i have with them in term of the cost, not the 12months, and they make the sound like they give me a favor to drop out of contract without early termination fee

Finally good service! I appreciated the knowledge Lloyd had about all of the available services with ATT and his ability to help us determine the best option for my mom based on her understanding (or lack of) current technology. He was very patient and helpful. We appreciated not being given the "hard sell "or the lack of customer service we have experienced at other ATT phone stores. I wish all employees att hires are trained and have Lloyds disposition. He is an asset to the Folsom store!

I worked with one of the managers, James. He listened to my concerns about recently purchased phone and told me all of my courses of action. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and understanding and strengthened my loyalty to AT&T with great customer service. Ive also had the pleasure to work with Tyler and Karim (I think thats right), who provided phenomenal service in my recent visit. They created a rather welcoming environment for me and i recommended checking this place out.

Went to the AT&T store today because they said they would replace my phone (which is dropping calls) but when I arrived they only upgraded iOS and then sent me away. I asked why they didnt suggest this over the phone, why do I need to come into the store for this ??? I am back in my office on the line with AT&T, Called just "Failed" talking to AT&T. AT&T Store Manager showed no signs of caring or helping or maintaining me as a long time customer

Terrible customer service, rude management, incompetent staffers (some of them, if you are lucky you will be attended by the few considerate and cooperative ones) and long wait Qs. Prefer using the phone customer service over even bothering to drive to this store in hope for some quicker resolution.

Instead of $350 as promised they are going to take $830. I found a hidden charge in my first monthly bill. They called this situation as "promotion". And by the way, I can buy this phone for $700 if I do not take this offer and pay the full price in Best Buy, for example.

This is good service but they cant cater. Theres no LTE on AT&T in my area. Theyre not able to give me a solution. Theyve not even understood my problem. I suggest not to get connection from here.
