Terrible customer service!!! Employees walked right pass me without acknowledging my presence. I needed help looking for a certain foundation I wasnt seeing. I stood there trying to get their attention and they would walk pass me, look at me and just keep going. It wasnt super busy and even if it was a simple acknowledgement and an I will be with you as soon as I can would have gone a long way. So, after standing there for 10 minutes I walked up to the cashier (the one with pink hair). I asked her if I could get someone to help me in the Clinique area. She said she would send someone over. I stood there trying to grab one of the employees attention for 20 more mins and then said forget it. I went back up to the cashier and told her I still hadnt been helped and that I was leaving at which point she gave me a dirty look and giggled. I had planned on spending close to $100 but I guess they didnt want my business. I had to drive to the Sunrise Mall to get my Clinique items from Macys. This was a huge inconvenience and messed up my plans for the day. I was on a tight schedule as I needed to get items and head to my brothers wedding venue. I am very disappointed in my experience at the Folsom Ulta today.

Wow wow wow!!! Paloma ROCKS!! I got my hair cut about 2 weeks ago after growing out the previous disaster (from another "salon") for a full year. I loved it from the first minute!! I still loved it after the first wash!! (This is usually where I catch the random bad spot-even with a good stylist it can happen.) And now, as the highlights are no longer up against my scalp, I still love it!! I like a natural looking highlight, and mostly because of the grow-out stage being my least favorite look. Paloma feathered it in beautifully, and it just looks like vacation was a few weeks ago... exactly what I was after!! I am so happy to have found a stylist worth gushing about!!! Yes, theres was a line for the register. Honestly, thats the worst thing I encountered. And long lines can form when happy customers find lots of things to buy. Each floor associate I encountered was friendly and helpful and kind, especially considering that I was in on a no-makeup day! Thank you Ulta!! Thank you Paloma! You made this moms Beauty Day awesome! Thank you!!

Extremely bad service. My appointment was at 6 for haircut, but I was running a little late. It was 6:10 and I was on my way to ULTA & I get a call from someone from ULTA saying that since you cant reach within 15 mins of your appt, We might not be able to do a blow dry or styling! I told her that I am on my way & should be there in next 5-7 mins, but she kept on insisting the same thing saying that its ULTA policy! She didnt even wait for 6:15 to call me. I have been going to ULTA since last 5 years and told her so, even then no change in her response. PATHETIC! Almost every time when I reach "ON TIME", I have been asked to wait for 20-30 mins, and now if I am running late by just few mins, they are bringing up policy! RIDICULOUS. Congratulations Ulta, you just lost one of your longtime customer who has spent atleast 60-100$ on every visit.

Customer service here is a joke and they also are scamming customers with instyle magazine!!!! Just noticed a charge of $24 on my account. They took my credit card information at the time of purchase and sent it to instyle. I specifically told the girl who rung me up that I did not want their "free" instyle magazine because I didnt want to be charged later! I am furious!! After looking into this matter, I come to find out its been going on for years! This is a shady company who hires idiots.

Every time I come in here I buy a lot of things, but when I am looking for help there is no one who can help me They are all talking in a corner doing nothing. I once came in with my mom and she was looking for a straightener when we finally got some help the woman said you need this $189 straightener and commented on how my hair was so straight, I told her I got it for $20 at Walmart and she rolled her eyes at me. I now order online at Sephora because ulta is the only beauty store near me.

Very addictive for those of us who like makeup, skin care, and various supplies. The sales staff is awesome, especially Shantal, who is sweet, accommodating and quite a salesperson. She has assisted me the few times Ive been there and truly tries to please! Some items are a bit pricey but theyre top-quality and last a long time.

The customer service here is awful. I stood in line for thirty minutes with 20 other people with only one cash register open while five other associates just checking themselves out in mirrors on the sales floor. Worst Ulta location ever.
