Awful place. They close whenever they feel like and wont help you with your questions. Online and even at their door it said it closed at 8 but they closed at 7 because they just felt like it, when I started talking to the associate through the door she started being very rude, she started arguing with me, and then just walked away and ignored me. Im never going to this sallys again and I recommend that you avoid it altogether and go to the one just a couple miles away.

This place is awesome but there is this one lady that works there that complains about everything. One day i asked her about a primer for nails and shes like "ugh! Idk about nails" n she just read the whole thing on the label. Then she saw me looking at other stuff and she yell at me "THATS NOT IT! WHAT YOU NEED ITS OVER HERE!" i was like WTF?... Other then that the place is great!!!! [^_^]

Real Ghetto, All high end merchandise is locked up, had to wait for three customers to get help since theres only one sales person in the store. And when I was helped, the sales person tried to ring up someone before me... Stay way...

Customer service is awful. She was not helpful at all.we had reward card and she said we got the discount but not a single dollar was deducted from the total. Will not recommend to anyone.
