The staff is always nice and informative. The overall appearance of the store is clean, organized and nice. If the shelf is empty someone will go to the back and check if theres any more without having to ask. The manager (with short hair I think, I cant remember her name) is such a sweetheart! Shes a big reason for my five stars!!!

Omfg i went to get my hair fixed up cuz i did gray hair and a lady at a salon made it green !!! I went to cosmoprof and a lady helped me so much there i almost cried to her but she was so helpful she has a short red orange bob <3
