Ordered flowers on January 24th to be delivered to my wifes office today, Valentines Day. Paid for one of their most expensive and spectacular arrangements, then added two additional levels of flower upgrades. Flowers barely arrived before she left the office at the end of the day, and only after I had to call and remind them of my order. Lady on the phone spoke very poor English and asked me the same three questions over and over as if she didnt understand what she was asking... very frustrating. When the flowers finally arrived they were very poorly arranged. If you could call it that. Zero care and attention, just a bunch of flowers haphazardly stuck in vase. A vase which was considerably less nice than what they promised. The best my wife could come up with about them was "well, they smell nice". Ace Flower Shop dropped the ball and did the bare minimum - which is doubly disappointing as I paid for premium service. Do not send flowers from here. May as well just pick up $9.99 bouquet from a gas station - it will be better value.

Recieved an arraignment for Mothers Day from my mother-in-law who lives in Hawaii, she specifically wanted Lilys in them. The arrangement had No Lilys in them, my mother-in-law was so upset. She was not able to ahold of anyone. I was able to call and spoke to someone who barley spoke any English. Was told to call back in 1week when they would have Lilys. Customer service was horrible. The number is someones personal line or something, because when you call they do not even say the business name, so you arent sure if you even have the correct number. I would not recommend.

A million thank-yous. I made a special request of 6 other shops in the Anaheim area - all declined. You made the most terrific a junk food basket for a group of teenagers, one of which is my son. Your willingness to deliver this order ALLOWED me to be there with those kids, to cheer them on with their upcoming competitions, all from 2000 miles away. I know those junk food items were not in stock at your store and I more than appreciate all of the shopping and packaging efforts that were made! You absolutely, positively ROCK!

I received the most beautiful birthday bouquet this year. They lasted over a month! Today I was walking home and I noticed stunning flowers on display! While trying to pick flowers to brighten my day, I received a business card and realized it was the same shop! I am so happy this charming floral store exists in CA ! Not only are the flowers fresh & beautiful; so are the people running it! Best arrangements for any occasions!

My children paid additional money for delivering my birthday surprise until midday. The surprise was delivered 3pm (!) when I was already away. It stayed in front of my apartment and the chocolate candies melted. Besides, the chocolate was very old and not already good. I had to threw the box away.

This is the only flower shop I use for the financial district. They do beautiful arrangements delivered quickly and are a really good value. Ace Flower Shoppe daughter Natalia usually answers the phone and gives great service. Its such a pleasure to deal with Ace Flower Shoppe.
