This is a horrible florist. Unless you are picking it up yourself so you can view the final product, otherwise do NOT go thru this florist. I ordered a flower basket from this florist for a graduation party for a certain date that was suppose to be 14" x 12". First, they delivered it 2 days early. Secondly, the basket that is suppose to be overflown with flowers - per website picture & description - turned out be a basket, barely full and was in the size of 8" x 8" & used flowers that were not as described. A basket I could have easily purchased at Albertsons for $10. A complete ripe off! I called to complain, their excuse was that they were a really busy shop & mistakes are made. Fine, I can understand the mistake then fix it! Make a new basket & deliver it when its suppose to and use the flowers per the website & make it the size you advertised. They have the nerve to ask me to ask the recipient to put out the basket for them to pick up. Really??!?!? It is not bad enough you guys messed up & embarrased the hell out of me with this little dinky basket & now you want the recipient to put it out for your collection? Its a gift basket & I am suppose to ask for it back due to your error/dishonest practice?? Just Replace the basket!!! Fix your mistake! Needless to say, I will never use them for a phone nor web order if I cannot see the final product because they will not fullfill the order as they described nor promise! DISHONEST BUSINESS! STAY AWAY FROM IT!

Allison from Flower Allie is fabulous. She checked in with me a couple times two weeks before my wedding to make sure we had all the details correct! She helped calm my fears and made sure she understood the look I wanted. I was very nervous when I chose her store as I went against who my family and friends had suggested. When the flowers arrived on my wedding day I was completely blown away! The flowers and my dress were the most beautiful part of my day and I cried when I had to leave the flowers at the end of the weekend! I had to reassure myself that I could always reorder a similar bouquet in the future. I received many compliments on the flowers and my family couldnt believe how beautiful they were! the peonies were huge and open, HUGE, and the roses and dusty miller were perfectly sprinkled between.

All my wedding schedules were late because I had to postpone the ceremony due to Flower Allie forgot the include the boutonnieres when sending the flowers. On the D day, I asked them to send all the hand bouquets, girl flowers, mom flowers and boutonnieres to our hotel where the ceremony will be held. Unfortunately, hand bouquets, girl flowers and mom flowers were sent but not the boutonnieres. I called them immediately but they said they wont be able to send it right away. I was so very upset until they were willing to send it within 30 minutes.

Flower Allie was the florist for my wedding and I just loved them. Allison just got me right from the start. I visited 4 florists before choosing one and from the moment I walked into Flower Allie I knew they were for me. They were able to get all the flowers I loved including my favorite peonies and they had all sorts of ideas for my ceremony and reception. Everything was just perfect on the wedding day and I am still hearing from my guests about how beautiful the flowers were. I can not thank Flower Allie enough for the beautiful job they did.

Yea, nice/pretty flowers. However, poor business ethics and principles. Allison (aka Allie) will work with you for a couple months, however, will ditch you without even the courtesy of informing you in the end. With a few months until my wedding, my fiance and I are left without a florist. If you do choose to contract with Allie, just know that shes not good with back and forth "paperwork" or "e-mail." Good luck.

Ordered flowers by phone and the employee was friendly and helpful. Price relatively fair considering calling around other shops who wanted 100 plus for 2 dozen red roses. The shop itself was nice but the employees seemed very bland. I got a "hi", my total and a "ok, bye" during my visit. The arrangement itself was nice but not much different than you could get anywhere else.

I called and asked Allie to duplicate an arrangement she had done that I had seen, she told me, no, each arrangement is unique, and asked me some questions about who flowers were for. When my husband picked up the flowers he called from the parking lot to tell me how beautiful they were. My mother-in-law loved them!!!

Flower Allie is my favorite florist. I have used them for years. They are always very friendly and very helpful and I like how you walk in and there are always lots of flowers sitting around. Where I live in Orange none of the flower shops ever have as much flower choices.
