Wow, this place exceeded my expectations! After calling several florists only find out that they didnt have the particular items, such as sunflowers and a specific stuffed animal pictured on their website, we came across this Main Street Florist. They not only had everything we wanted, they could have it ready for me to pick up in the morning to deliver to a coworkers house. To my surprise, I found out that we actually needed to deliver that night, which only gave Main Street Florist about 2 hours to deliver the flowers to our office so we could take to our coworker!! They gladly accommodated and it arrived in as little as an hour and a half! The flowers were extremely fresh and exactly as pictured (or even better). Mary, who helped us on the phone, made this super easy and I look forward to using them in the future, as well as recommending to others.

Great experience! Flowers were just like the ones I saw online. When I called to order the lovely lady was very helpful and assured me I would get flowers that were the same as in the stock photo. We decided to wait a day to order to insure she would have all of the flowers shown. Normally a florist would talk me into same day delivery and throw in some icky flowers just to finish up the job. I could not be happier and have already recommended to friends!

I have been using this florist almost exclusively for quite some time now. They are polite, knowledgeable and friendly. I have enjoyed giving flowers as gifts for years and I can say, without reservation, that the roses I get from Main Street are the most beautiful roses Ive ever seen. They do beautiful arrangements that last for well over a week. Ive never been disappointed and I highly recommend this place.

From the incomprehensible message telling me that flowers had been left at my doorstep to the roses that didnt survive 72 hours, dealing with Main Street Florist was a miserable experience. As a recipient of their service I cannot recommend them. Worst of all is that I dont want to tell the sender that the lovely gesture backfired because the florist was terrible.

I was in the shop and ordered flowers for my girl friend that work in Santa Ana last 2 week, I was impressed that they delivered my order so fast and my girl friend was very happy with flowers she got. Last week, I called them to order again, same thing, they delivered them so fast. Today I become their regular customer. Thanks for doing a great job!!!!

This shop is the BEST flower & gift shop in Orange County. Sunee gets it done. I call her and on a moments notice she and and her girls have a beautiful boutique on my wifes desk at her work in under 2 hours! Now thats what I call service. I have three words for this shop: "Recommended, HIGHLY recommended!" Thank you Sunee!
