Worst place ever! What kind of florists doesnt make any floral arrangments OR deliver any flowers? Answer: Ritas Florist. I was looking for a local florist in San Diego, found them online and they were listed as local; later discovered their physical address is in Orange county. Placed an order DAYS AGO, with the GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE ... but the recipient has NEVER RECEIVED THEM!!! I have been trying to contact this place for DAYS...Ive been calling the listed 800 number, emailing and messaging their website multiple times a day have not gotten a single reply or answer from anyone at this place!! Im contacting the Better Business Bureau tomorrow and filing some fraudulent charges with the police and my bank! Thanks for ruining a birthday suprise for my 14 year old daughter AND for wasting all that time and money. You suck Ritas Florist! Boooooooo!

DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS COMPANY. They are fraudulent. No one answers, calls you back, or emails you back. I googled florist near West Chicago. This company popped up! They are in CA And Im in Illinois. They are bottom feeders. The arrangement looked like it was $14.99 from the grocery store. It was NOT WHAT THEY DEPICTED IN THEIR PHOTO. I am so embarrassed I sent my best friend and my boys Godmother these crappy flowers. Their photo shows about 8-10 daisies. Look for yourself. They also left out the light pink flowers and the green ones. Judge for yourself! Dont make the mistake I made. Run for the hills!!!!

Horrible company! I bought flowers for my mom to be delivered on mothers day and they never made it to her house. Im sure this was a scam. I called them 5 times and no one ever answered. I left voicemails after emails and still no one contacted me. Stay far away from this company. They just take your money and give you nothing back for it. Im really upset now that Im out the money I spent and now my mother will not be getting flowers on Mothers Day. Do yourself a favor and read the reviews before you order from this company.

Thank you ritas florist for making the flowers and sending them to my wife. She loves them. Also i have attempted to call you and cancell just ignore the emails and call voice mails ect i have made to ritas florist. You guys delivered fast. Thank you. Very much. My order was 624612. They were great. So if you have any questions due to me trying to reach you and cancell just forget about it. The flowers touchdown. Great job! Ritas florist.

Ordered flowers at 9am as the website stated same day delivery. At 7pm the flowers had yet to be delivered. I called the 1-800 number only to get a voicemail. Finally at 11pm the flowers showed up. The delivery driver sat in the driveway. He was asked if he needed something. He said no. After 15 more minutes we called the police. The police finally got him to leave. Very creepy experience.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. By far this is the worst florist company Ive ever purchased from. Flowers were not delivered on time. No one responds to phone calls or emails. Not sure when Ill ever get the flowers I purchased. Website says same day..its been 2 days and no flowers. I will never purchase flowers from them again.

Never order from here! Ordered flowers for my mother n law for her birthday and they were not delivered. Been trying to contact them for a week now and no response as to why the flowers were not delivered. They did refund my money, but i wanted to know why they didnt deliver. Epic Fail thanks for making me look bad!

ordered flowers, the flowers I received were NOT at all the ones I ordered. This company is a distribution call center. they do not make the bouquets and they messed up the order. and of course they will not answer there phone. Please, save yourself the trouble. Just choose a different company.

i ordered august 10 and delivery was scheduled for aug 11. i was charged. flowers were not delivered. i have called twice now and have not received a call back. no one still has returned my call but my charge has been refunded. kind of stinks that my mom did not get her bday flowers.

This website is a scam. They will accept your order and your payment, the website will tell you your flowers have been delivered, but your recipient will never receive them. They do not answer phone calls or emails. Ive reported them to Visa and to Google (I clicked through a Google ad).

After placing my order they took my money and then cancelled the order. Four attempts to reach them so far have been ignored. I thought the lying associate at eyeglass world in Ft Wayne was the worst customer service ever. But this is a tie. They basically stole the money from me.

Ritas florist are fraud as they are taking money from your account and the flowers never get delivered. after emailing them or calling the number on their contact form multiple times and yet no answer. Currently I am talking with my bank to cancel the transaction.

Ordered flowers for my daughters graduation- never arrived. Sent three email and tried to call with no response from the company. Finally got a response and they delivered to the wrong address. Flowers were not as described and wilted by the time we received them.

Absolutely horrible service. Ordered flowers to be delivered 3/30/2017. No calls, no emails, no flowers. Had to continually check the status on the website to get any kind of update. Eventually at the end of business it just said "refunded". No explanations. AVOID
