As with a la mutts review, I always use local florists. Macres had some great reviews and I needed to quickly get an arrangement sent to a funeral. Tricia went above and beyond in taking great care of us! Not only did I get an invoice emailed directly to me, she took the time to take a photo of the arrangement and email it as well! They did a beautiful job on it!. She also sends an email confirmation of delivery, cant get any better than that. Just wish Macres was in Houston as Id use them all the time. Thanks Tricia!

Ok so they have not yet delivered the flowers but I have a feeling they will be great! The customer service from Tricia (i think that was her name) was fantastic! I always call local florists instead of the 1-800 guys for this reason! Support your small business no matter how far away! Thanks again for making mom not know we forgot her day! Call ya in MAY! :)

I called to order a spur of the moment flower arrangement @ 11:50 am....the girl helped me design an arrangement over the phone (using ideas from their website and other flower shop websites) and a beautiful arrangement arrived in Irvine @ 1:00 pm! Excellent service does not describe it well enough!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Was up in the area interviewing and they made me a beautiful arrangement for my wife on the spot and then wrapped it specially to survive the hot car trip home. :-)
