Over the course of two years, I made several purchases from Pavilion Florist. The floral arrangements were "good enough" to merit giving them repeat business. Sadly, the order I placed last Valentines Day was much less than satisfactory. When I picked up the flowers, Jeanies elderly father handed me a lean arrangement with a scant few flowers. It did not include the flowers I had seen in the picture. I respectfully expressed my dissatisfaction and asked to speak to Jeanie who was not present. We spoke on the phone. Jeanie explained how she decided to change the arrangement [without consulting me - THE CLIENT] due to a lack of quality flowers. Her explanation seemed inexcusable. Nevertheless, 3 days before this last Mothers Day, I decided to give Pavilion another chance. I drove to the shop and [once again] found Jeanies elderly father attending the shop. I informed him that I wanted purchase a floral arrangement at the moment. He called Jeanie, but received no answer from her. He then told me he could prepare an arrangement if I was willing to wait. I agreed. He began making the arrangement with a dozen red roses. I stepped outside just to give him time to do the job. Twenty minutes later, I heard him speaking on the phone. He then came out and informed me that Jeanie had called and informed him that the roses he was working with had already been purchased by another client. He then suggested I come back later or tomorrow if I wanted to make a purchase. And on that note, I respectfully excused myself and departed. I - THE CLIENT - went out of my way to give this establishment my business. Sadly, their business approach and operating means fall short of what is considered "acceptable business practices." A business is there to accommodate THE CLIENTS wants, wishes and needs, not the other way around. I will never again give this place my business. I will never recommend this place to anyone else.

I just received my Valentines Day arrangement, 1 day early.. My husband had asked them to deliver on Valentines Day and the owner told him that she inadvertently put his request on the Saturday delivery pile. And the arrangement he had requested was the Valentines Day special she was promoting, but in looking at it and at the advertisement she has online, they look nothing alike. In my opinion, I received the "in a hurry" version of what she has online. This is so unfortunate because my husband had used her before and shes made such beautiful arrangements for me on Valentines Day. This is so disappointing and I think we will stop using her from this point forward. I am very grateful for having a wonderful husband, but in this time of tighting the budget, youd think she wouldnt be so cheap with the flowers that she is arranging, especially when the prices are so overpriced...

I wanted to order roses for my mother to be sent on Valentines Day. I went in and the florist was very courteous and had nice suggestions. I picked an arrangement that I liked and gave her the business card for my mothers office where it was to be delivered. On Valentines Day my mothers office was being filled with flowers for EVERYONE ELSE AND NOT HER!! I waited for her thank you call but it never came. I called the florist and for whatever non-existent reason, they did not deliver the flowers. They said that I had not specified that it was a business even though the florist got the address off of a business card with a suite number. My moms valentines day was ruined and she thought we had forgotten about her. They delivered the flowers to our house the next day with an extra free bouquet. Yeah, alot of good that did.
