I live in Northern California, and upon a recommendation, I had French Florist send birthday flowers to my sister, who lives in CA . I spoke to Ann, gave her an idea of a price, and we decided that she would just come up with something on her own. Did she ever!!!!! The arrangement was gorgeous and my sister absolutely loved it! Five stars all the way!
