Absolutely terrible florist. We attempted to order flowers for our mother-in-law for Valentines Day on their website. All went through and told us they would be delivered without issues... until the day of delivery. On Valentines Day, a person from the store calls us up saying they WONT deliver the flowers unless we pay double. We told them that we had already paid and their website offered the flowers at the price we paid... he said to "face reality, its too cheap" and that they cannot afford to sell it for so cheap. Never EVER buy from this place, they just want to make money off you and ruin your Valentines Day. The person was incredibly rude for the entire phone call saying it wasnt from their website even though I had it open to show them. Would rate this terrible place lower than 1 star if possible, do NOT use this florist at ALL. Had a much better experience with others in the area.

Bad service and rude owner. I stopped by to buy flower and the owner interrupted 3 - 4 times his own employees who were showing me the flowers I was looking for. He just wanted them to do something else and in a bad manner. And by the end he attended me directly pushing me to put the order without even listening to what I was looking for. I told him that before buying the $120 arrangement I want se some other options, then he just turned to me saying that they cant sell me on that day because they are busy. I understand one day before valentine flower shops get busier, but simply kicking customer out of the door is not the way be in the business. of cause I felt bad for his employees as well, they were shouted at by the owner just because they tried to attend a customer.

Above and Beyond!!!! Mike went out of his way to make my Mom Smile on her 75th birthday. I am in Florida and my parents were going to dinner at the Bonefish Grill in Tustin to Celebrate my Mothers 75th birthday so I Google Mapped the closest Florist and was Blessed to Find Mike at Orange County florist. He put his heart and soul into this arrangement and made my Mom feel as if I was with her at that moment. I asked him to do for my Mom what he would do for his and all I can say is he must have a lot of love in his heart for his Mom because this arrangement Shouts I LOVE YOU MOM HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! I recently sent a flower arrangement to my sister for her birthday who is living in OC(me in San Diego). We had an argument and had not been talking since then. I decide to surprise my sister and found OC florist in the internet to deliver a beautiful arrangement to her. My sister called me back to rave about how stunning the flowers are and how long they last. She even said that the delivery person was very polite when asked to place the arrangement on the dinner table. And of course we started talking again. Thank you OC florist for your great flowers. Will continue to use your service.

If I could give negative stars, I would be. Ordered Valentines flowers for my mother, and all was good and fine on the website. Come the DAY OF Valentines, I get a call that they cannot deliver them because the price is too cheap for Valentines Day. I was shocked. They asked me to pay DOUBLE what I had originally paid. They said they would not deliver, and the man on the phone was rude, and argumentative. Then, he said sorry they ran out of flowers. He did not compute or understand what "customer service" even means. Absolutely NEVER use this place. Absolute nightmare of a florist.

Worst experience Ive ever had with a business. My birthday/valentines day roses from my boyfriend never came, with no notice on their end. I then call the day after and am told that they"might" come the next day? Called again, 3 days after and I not only get hung up on, but I get told they have to file through paperwork to find my order, which after calling again meant a day or more of a wait. Im extremely disappointed and appalled at this lack of informing the customer and taking responsibility for messing up what I assume are many orders.

Absolutely terrible service. Guy that answered the phone was very rude and said that basically I was out of luck for not ordering it before hand when I did order it before the day it was to be delivered. I let him know I got a confirmation email and number. Did not bother asking for it at all. Seemed to not care at all about the problem. I had ordered it online. He said he would not even take another order for me, even though it was their mistake messing up my order. I do not recommend this place.

We asked for a floral arrangement for a very special birthday, on a day that most florists were closed. He listened as I described the desired style and color. I didnt know what to expect. They were delivered to the restaurant, and everyone was talking about it. Unique and spectacular design, and huge! Far exceeded expectations based on price and business with other Florists. Very grateful, it made the night.

Worst Experience ever! They email me at 1PM on Valentines day saying my order has been canceled because they have a overflow of orders and will refund my money in 3 to 5 business days. They should have said something when the order was placed not at 1PM on Valentines day (2 hours before my wife leaves from work. Thanks for screwing up our Valentines day! Customers Beware! use another florist!

I stopped by this shop to buy a small bouquet. I got the best deal and great quality of service. I picked up some flowers asking to wrap them with plastics. The lady was very artistic in making hand tied bouquet. She put some greenery and fillers matching flowers and wrapped with nice coloful paper. I have never seen this nice wrapping bouquet...

I ordered and asked to deliver funeral flowers to Orange County. I found Orange County Florist made that much larger than than what I expected and number of friends there asked me which florist I had used . I recommend Orange County Florist for service, quality of design and size.

Pretty ridiculous. They did not deliver the flowers I ordered for mothers day and did not email or call to let me know what was going on. I called today and was hung up on. Ive already been charged for the order and still need a refund.
