I normally shop at this location and spend $1,000s of dollars there each year, but am very disappointed in them recently. We bought some rancid chicken wings from the location in Oro Valley as we were up there that day. They were bad 2 days after purchase and 2 days before "use or freeze by" date. That is 15 mi from our home in West Tucson. We went to the Ruthrauff location to return the rancid chicken thinking its the same company, shouldnt be an issue. Well, it was. My wife had called and they said just show the receipt and we will exchange or refund you. She even offered to bring the chicken in, and was told that is not necessary. However, when we arrived at the store, that was not the case. So we were lied to. They said we had to bring it in and they ALSO told us we would have to drive all the way to the Oro Valley location. I mean, for a customer that spends that kind of $, all for $12.00 worth of chicken. Thats POOR service. I expect more from Wal Mart and this makes me want to take my business elsewhere.

Where to start. Long ass lines, untrained cashiers, price matched items never to be found in stores. Stuff on clearance still rings up as full price, and if you dont catch it on time you get stuck in another long ass line. Not worth saving on the few items they do sell cheaper then the other markets that do train and have short lines.

Good prices, and friendly employees, but always long check out lines. Customer service desk is a always a long wait due to people cashing checks, paying bills, or other non store related "customer service". Lots of out of stocks on the shelves. The only reason I go there is the convenience of the location.

Frustrating. I was told that Walmart no longer ad matches milk or eggs. Had there been signs where these products are sold, I would not have gotten a gallon of milk. I am on a strict budget and was not happy when I was told at the register that my milk was not going to be what I thought by it was.

The staff are extremely friendly and the prices of shelf items are fantastic. I only gave it 4 stars because the produce prices arent great and some of the costumers are a bit sketchy (its not in the nicest part of town). Ill be returning for the shelf items.

Great prices and selection. Store is clean and easy to shop. Would give 5 stars if the produce section was a little better. Other than that, my family saves a lot of money here and usually finds everything (grocery related) we need.

Worst Wal-Mart in Tucson. They refuse to ad match. I have the ad, get the exact item, told by one manager yes then another manager says no. Bait and Switch! Even on the 4th of July they refuse to ad match hotdogs.

Clean store that is well organized. The produce was fresh and the prices are good. The employees were friendly however the checkout was pretty slow. It seemed to take a very long time for scanning and bagging.

Selling milk for more than twice as much as other Walmarts and supermarkets. Manager stated that the policy was not to price match other Walmarts. Much better off going to the Walmart at Cortaro and I-10.

Nice location with friendly staff. It can get pretty busy, but theres plenty of parking and checkout goes by quickly. Typical selection of items for a grocery store. Its kept clean and organized.

Great for grocery shopping only. Has less options than a lot of the other Walmarts, only one entrance in and out which makes it hard when families decide to stop and talk in the doorway.

The grocery portion is good ..The pharmacy, not good at all. Its a battle to get my prescriptions ...I switched to the pharmacy in the neighborhood market on ina and thornydale .

The only two things I dont like about this store is that it can be packed for a long time and the reason why that happens so often now is that the store now closes at midnight.
