I would suggest doing your own research to make sure your vision insurance is accepted before making an appointment here because the staff were less than helpful or knowledgeable in this area. I called to schedule an appointment and the staff member who answered the phone did not even ask about insurance so I offered this information up on my own. When she told me that the exam would be $58, I told her, "I have vision insurance with Humana," and she told me to just bring my insurance card. I arrived for my appointment and was given paperwork to fill out by another staff member, which included my insurance information. I gave my paperwork to the doctor, and he completed the exam. No one ever asked about insurance. When I went to pay, I asked the staff member if he needed my insurance card. He said, "Oh, do you want to apply your insurance to the exam?" Of course I do. Why else would I have vision insurance? It was only then that I was told that my employer didnt contract with Walmarts Vision Center. That would have been nice to know BEFORE the exam, Walmart. This was completely avoidable if the staff had done their jobs. They were very apologetic, but I was still stuck paying $58 for something I already paid for through my monthly vision insurance premium.

Dont go to this place they dont communicate well when it comes to prices for different exams they only tell you how much it is once youre on your way out they charged me $52 dollars for an exam to tell me that I have a stye and to use warm clothe something my grandma couldve told me without charging me. I had asked for an eye exam to get glasses not to get a diagnoses of what was going on with my eye when I already knew I had the stye!

Dr. Miller was fantastic! He got me back to 20/20 with my new contact lens prescription. He also understood my needs and gave me options that pinpointed what would work best for me. Five stars plus.

is this place open on Sundays ? I called n no answer s ooo either theyre too busy or or its cuz its Sunday. not sure all I kno is I need sum glasses :/

The Doctor and the staff here are just WONDERFUL. Ive been going here for a few years now. Would recommend them to anyone.
