I used to go into this smoke shop every single day for the last 6 months to buy cigarettes, incense, rolling papers, etc. What kept me coming back was the nice lady behind the counter. She seems to always be friendly, helpful and in a good mood. One day 3 weeks ago I walked in to buy cigarettes and I saw two people behind the counter I had never seen before. One was a mean, fat guy and the other was a tweaker-looking motorcycle chick with tatoos. I asked for my usual pack of Pyramid 100s like I have every day for the last year. The lady clerk asked me for my ID. I had a full beard at the time and looked like I was in my 40s. I told the clerk I come there every day to buy cigarettes and then she glanced over at the other man who I had never seen before. He told me he couldnt sell me the cigarettes without ID. I told the man (who I found out later is actually the owner) that I come there every day and Ive never had any problems. The owner was rude, sarcastic and downright mean and he refused to sell me the cigarettes. Now I only go to this shop when I absolutely have to because Id rather pay more for cigarettes and be treated decently. The owner has no customer service experience and does not value his customers at all which is why I have told all my friends to stay away from this place. Usually they have nice people behind the counter like the nice kid I dealt with today. But unfortunately the owner of this store has made it a place to avoid rather than enjoy. And Im sure when they read this review theyll know exactly who I am. Im also posting this review on Yelp so people can be aware of the nazi-owner running the place. This is the most honest review I can give.

I love this store because not only can you try the flavors; there are so many to try. I loved the Cowboy and Evil Monkey. My husband loved the Expresso. The customer service was great. I really enjoyed this shop. We went there looking for liquid to fill our V2 blanks. Love V2 but the shipping takes to long when you need to vape now, not two weeks from now. This shop had the Cowboy which is a good sub for V2s Sahara. I love the Sahara because it is very close to smoking a real cig. I actually feel satisfied after vaping it. So being without it drives me nuts. I have looked everywhere for a decent sub. and the Cowboy definitely fits me. I would highly recommend this store because of the great customer service, diverse selection of flavors they had and reasonable prices for their e-liquids. Very few places allow you try their flavors before you buy them, this is one of them. Check them.

The young girl who works there is very funny and friendly and overly willing to help you out. DIY always has anything tht Im looking for and if they dont theyre willing to help me find it. Great place to buy what youre looking for and a good quick conversation.

Great shop! Plenty of tobacco variety. This is so far the only shop Ive been able to find Gambler Menthol out of 5 different shops. Very nice customer service as well. Will definitely be making this my new tobacco one stop shop.

Went here at 4:35 pm. There was a note on the door be back in 10 mins. Been here for over 30 minutes waiting. Still no one has showed up. And the sign says open and lights ate all on. But know one here!! Very upsetting
