I quit smoking recently and have purchased over $300 worth of vapor related products from them. 2 of the battery mods I purchased have both gone bad within 8 weeks of purchase. The gut behind the counter told me that they have a no return policy on all electronic devices and that Eleaf doesnt warranty their products. Ok..that would have been nice to know BEFORE i wasted all that money. Then he offers me a discount on a new unit since i bought the previous two there. He suggests a Tsunami brand since the DO have a warranty. I say "great, how much?" He says "only $79" which is the list price on the box. No discount offered. Dont waste your time here. The have no accountability and apparently dont follow through when discounts are offered.

I was a repeat customer to this smoke shop until the following happened: I purchased a coil head for my electronic cigarette from them, and it turned out to be defective. When trying to get my money back, the woman told me my electronic cigarette was the problem, not the coil head (its a brand new electronic cigarette) and later hung up in my face. Bottom line, they are fine with you buying from their shop, but if it is a defective product they would rather pass down the loss to their loyal customers than to keep a good business relationship with them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

To bass punch the problem was not with the coil it was the pen you were using. Sorry u feel that way but I explained to u and even asked u to come in, but u declined. We pride our self with customer service, if there was any issue we solve it. Our prices are the lowest in the east valley, were not here to rip no one off, were here to do business. So check it for urself, dont get fooled by another smoke shop that tried to put us down.

Went in here and bought a faulty torch about a week ago. I had brought it back in in hopes they would cut me a deal or something on a new one turns out dude who was working was super cool found out it was there bad and replaced the torch free of charge and had nothing but great service to offer. I highly recommend this smoke shop to anybody!!!

Nice shop, plenty of variety to choose from. Owner is very nice and helpful. I shop their all the time for smokes. They have everything from spice and pieces to knives and tasers.
