Very nice lounge and cigar selection. The reason why I gave this place 1 stars was because of the older gentleman that rang me up. I walked in and he looked straight at me and made no effort to even give a simple hello. Went ahead and picked out a couple of cigars and headed for the counter. Again, not a word to me just stuck his hand out for my cigars. He entered the prices into the register and didnt even tell me the total, just waited for payment. Luckily I could see in the register what my total was. I handed him my card, he swiped it and instead of giving it back to me or at the very least placing it down on the counter, he tosses it towards me. I sign my receipt at which point he finally speaks and says take care. Talk about horrible customer service. I dont have a need to start a big conversation but at least be friendly and courteous. Doubt Ill be returning

Im in out of Scottsdale from Las Vegas a lot, business and pleasure. I searched cigar shops in the area, and was glad to find this one. The only shop I go to when Im into the Phoenix - Scottsdale area. The proprietors, Pat and Linda are the best. Very knowledgeable about the industry and products. Always willing to talk shop and answer questions. Their cigar selection is second to no one. If youre a cigar lover, youve got to check this place out!

This is a great cigar store and lounge. I recently became a member of the Rocky Patel club and couldnt be any happier. The owners and their staff our great and are always willing to go out of their way for you. I wanted a cigar that they did not carry and they said no problem we will get it for you. Now I smoke one everything Im in. Great shop and great people.

A friend and I stopped by for a smoke. I already knew they had a Rocky Patel lounge, however it was even better than I expected. Pat, the owner, and his wife were both there and very friendly. We also met some guys in the lounge, who were fun and also very friendly. Good selection in the humidor and reasonable prices. This is the best cigar shop in Phoenix.

Had my first cigar here (avo classic toro) and it was a great experience. the man that was working then was very friendly and spent time to teach me many things about cigars, smoking them and even their history. all the staff is very nice and the lounge was very nice as well. I will be returning.

I enjoy a cigar every now and again and this is my favorite place to have one. They always have something interesting to try and Pat is always very honest instead of trying to sell me something I wont like because its more expensive.

Talk about awesome I travel from Montana to come here so that says a lot. Awesome cigar collection and great sports. The seating is crazy comfortable and the customer service is top notch. The ventilation system is great.

Fantastic place to watch a game and great smokes and fun group to hang out with. Billiards and Ping Pong not bad as well. Best cigar place Ive been to in Arizona or perhaps anywhere else!

Great facility! Excellent selection, next level lounge. First cigar/bar combo Ive come across. A little pricey but you get exactly what you pay for. Definitely recommend!
