Hours of operation at Midvale location did not match hours listed on website. Very unhappy to find upon arriving that they were already closed. How hard is it to make sure the hours for your locations are reflected correctly on your website? The guy was still inside closing up but refused to help me saying they were closed. Well, that the last time I try to go to House of Hookah.

You know i hate smoke shops in Utah because most of them will try to rip you off and this shop is one of them stop over charging on stuff that we know its cheap am not fool to go back to this place because they will try to over charge you if they can and they put higher prices every time you go. HoH my a$#

What a joke! Bought 25 hookah condoms & they didnt fit at all, in fact they were very loose & would fall off if you didnt squeeze them to hold it on. Ask to return 16 of them for store credit & they declined! Guess it wasnt worth 4 lousy bucks to keep my business. My advise would be to shop elsewhere!!

The prices of hookah are better than most places that I have been. I bought a full set and on my way out the latch on the case came unlatched and everything that could break did. We walked back inside and they replaced all of it for us at no charge. Very good service and i will do business there.

Id give this place five stars if they carried my favorite brands of shisha. However with the selection they have of hookahs and shisha (and glass products for other use), they have a nice setup. Most of the staff is very knowledgeable, and all of them have good recommendations.

The staff, (besides the owner who is a bit gruff) is awesome and helpful. Only 4 stars because they often are out of 1 of the products you are buying. They have a very beautiful selection smoking products. And a lot of other neat things. I do love this place!

Competitive Pricing for am overtaxed industry, at the local levels, here, too. Solid peeps are the to help or chat. Good vibe. Also, matched a price by just my word. That has me a customer for as long as visiting a head shop is party of my lifestyle.

They have a good selection. However the employee there ripped me off one dollar and ninety cents and threw away the receipt. When I asked for the receipt he said there was nothing he could do.

Overpriced juices and vapes. Also not impressed with the staff. They seem to not care. Employee told me if I wanted replacement could I should "go to an actual vape shop".
