FINALLY!!! A Head shop that actually has everything I need, all in one place. Not only are ALL the employees SUPER friendly and down to earth, but they are HUMBLE too...They are very knowledgeable on the inventory, but unlike other smoke shops I have been to (And I have pretty much been to them all), if there ever is something you ask them about/for and they are unfamiliar with it, they dont put on a front and act like they have expert knowledge on it. Other places I ave been to, have had inexperienced employees sometimes lacking knowledge, and they still pretend like they know what they are talking about. That means you get nothing out of it, except your own knowledge you walked in with. House of Vapes employees go out of their way to make you happy and to BECOME experts on anything you inquire about. Good Customer service. Also, If you request something they dont have (RARE, because the owner goes out of town often for top quality items regularly), but they will order it for you specially without "Cost Raping" you. LOVE this place. LOVE the product. LOVE the employees.Very professional Head Shop and the Owner takes business seriously, unlike other places I ave been where employees are just working there to have a good time and work while on something. Everyone is always level headed, while keeping that chill vibe we all love so much. The Owner remembers his customers AND their orders. Shop is modern, yet chill. It is ALWAYS spotless and I can feel comfortable shopping there knowing I will always get anything I ask for, as well as getting a friendly transaction AND quality products for the best prices. Love this place. I am SUPER picky about who handles my business, but I have yet to find one thing wrong with this shop. I will never go anywhere else again!. FINALLY!!!!

KNOCK OFF PRODUCTS We bought a kanger tech sub tank mini Monday. We paid $50 for this thing. When we tested, first wasnt working well. We tried to fix it, now this piece of crap is not working at all. Anyways, they sold us A FAKE TANK. We checked the security code from the box and it DOES NOT exist in their website. We googled about it, and theres the SAME problems. STAY AWAY from them. The girl didnt even gave us a receipt. And on the door they have a sign "no exchanges, no refunds, no exceptions". We got there today at 9:27pm and they were already closed (it shows they are open until 10pm" we will have to go back tomorrow. The manual has misspelling, I can hear the Chinese accent when I read it. Im surprised I havent found a sushi in the box. UPDATE: So we went back there today. The girl was super nice, we told her it was fake and everything. The owner was there and he came talk to us, he said he got fake stuff but it was all in the back. Like, he is not selling it. He refused to give our money back, but he offered a new tank. (By the way, he had an original and a fake of the same tank). We ended up accepting it. Yes, he did it (half) right. I dont believe they "didnt mean" to sell it. Anyways, i will not go back there. And Id not recommend this store to my friends. Just for their attitude. They have really cool stuff there. Im sure if youre not buying "brand items", you can get a good deal.. Anyways, that was my experience with this shop. Be careful! UPDATE2: So yesterday we just realized that the coils he gave us for the replacement tank ARE FAKE!!! Is he freaking kidding me??? And then he left a msg on my personal facebook. Are you serious? OMG! Half of those reviews are fake, just dont go there. No!

Luckily Google makes you give at least one star, or they wouldnt be getting anything. I bought an E cig ego twist and it stopped working 2 weeks after i bought it. My car is in the shop and has been for a couple months so i couldnt get there right away. When i bought it i got a ghetto receipt stating the date i bought it, and a verbal assurance of a year factory warranty. I went in a month later to switch it out. I didnt damage it. There was nothing I did to damage it in anyway. When i came in i was told the girl working for them was a liar, and that it was only a month warranty, and that was why she was fired. I dont see how them training their employees poorly is MY problem! I wouldve came in before the month had i known. Now im out 30 bucks on the company owners BS technicality. I will never go here again. They have POOR quality and TERRIBLE prices anyway. if they didnt have the location theyd be out of business. Im sure lying to customers will get them there soon anyway.

STAY AWAY FROM THERE! They are knowingly and intentionally selling counterfeit products. Me personally and many, many of my friends have spent a lot of money there and had products break with in a week and they take no responsibility. When we back in they acknowledged they sold us the fake products AND MADE US PAY THE EXTRA MONEY THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO GET US THE REAL ONES! I warn you stay away from them and me and my friends will be doing everything we can, posting more honest reviews, warning friends, etc. to try and prevent more people from being defrauded. An example, they have PAX vaporizers, admittedly real ones and counterfeit ones and they gave is counterfeit devices in the real PAX box. I have contacted the PAX company and they have verified they are ALL counterfeit devices! Again, I warn you STAY AWAY and be safe rather than sorry. Drive ten minutes to somewhere safer.

I went into get my first vape and was greeted (if you could call it that) by a really rude guy. I think by the name Christian. He did not explain anything to me and I left feeling more confused then when I walked in.He made me feel as if i was inconveniencing his day even though it was only me and my friend in the store. He pretty much just through a box and some juice at me and sent me on my way. I had to end up asking a stranger at the bank to help me and he couldnt even open the box. Thankfully, I can in the next day and had a really good experience and Christian wasnt there thank god! Only reason I gave the extra star was for coming in the next day and being helped properly. The two star rating is not for the actual store but the service I got the day I walked in from Christian.

On two separate occasions I have bought from them beyond inferior products. The first electronic vape I bought from them the charging plug fell out of it less than a month later, the female internal end fell into the device because the soldering disconnected. The glass top I bought from them last night which was sold to me as Pyrex broke when it fell off the top of my pen because it was loose on the top they also sold me. Female top to a male pen end and it didnt even fit on the one they sold me also. This shop will steal your money and sell you stuff they know breaks then yell at you over the phone when you call in to ask for a refund. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!!!
