Customer service on the bakery side is super non customer friendly. There were many times that I waited for over 5 minutes and none of them helped me. Usually 2-3 people are working there but again, none of them came up and helped me. Today, I was standing there for over 5 minutes, 5 ladies were working and zero employee came up and helped me. I had to go to a different store for my daughters birthday. It seems like they dont care about helping people on this side. Seafood department and deli side are always great. I hope someone has to wake up bakery side instead of baking and not helping customer. They all should be a housekeeper if they dont want to talk with the customer.

Shop here often. Love this store, not because it has the best range of goods but because it has the best customer service!!! Kudos to the management who train their staff well. I have often commended the fish department because they are superior in every way to other stores nearby. Keep up the good work!!

absolutely horrible wait times at the checkouts and over 40 customers waiting in 3-lines (I counted them) and no additional cashiers available. Not worth my time to save 4.00 on 2 cases of water when you have to wait over 20 minutes just to checkout. Ill spend my time and hard earned money elsewhere.

Store is very clean and always well stocked, but items seem to be disorganized in shelf or price. This creates a nuisance and confusion at the check out. Also, not all employees have bad attitude, but it only takes one to ruin the whole day for you. Issues like this create a bad experience.

In my opinion they have better cuts of steak than my Frys and Ive gotten great prices on my groceries and customer services. The issue I have is no self check out and long lines. Im in line right now as I type this at 7:30am with 2 open cashiers and 15 customers smh.

An employee went out of their way to get me a few items that were on sale that werent on the shelf. Going anywhere these days is disappointing considering how rude and selfish people are in general.Thank you,to the employee who helped me this morning.

Be thankful you were only banned and not arrested. I like this store and am happy to have all the major grocery chains within 5 mile of my home. Albertsons is very competitive with the others and I find myself there at least 2 x a week.

Love their fried chicken and potato salad in the deli, I also like the albertsons brand butter and cinnamon rolls. A lot of things can be expensive but if you stick to the ad theyll have good deals but none the less they have best quality.

The price in the weekly flier says $1.29. The price on the shelf says $2.49 with no mention of a sale price. I dont put it in my cart because I dont want the hassle and confusion at the register. This happens all too frquently.

Overall its a good store, workers are friendly....its just aggravating that I always wait a long time in line here. There seems to only ever be 2 registers open. Not sure if they have a continual staffing problem or what.

Store is old but clean. Different selection than Frys or Walmart, could be good or bad on that point. Prices are fine. Parking lot is a pain in the rear and dark, unfortunately.
