I was ordering a custom cake from the bakery and the girl that took my order was so friendly and helpful, if I could I would give her five stars. However, the day I was picking up my cake I got a phone call from the bakery saying that I had to pick up my cake earlier than 8 because thats when they close and the girl on the phone told me she had to be out of the bakery five minutes earlier? So I had to leave my work early to get this cake. I got there and this girl was unbelievably rude. When she showed me the cake, I almost gave it back right there. The piping was so terrible, especially on the bottom. There was no consistency whatsoever and honestly, I couldve done a better job. But I cant make an ice cream cake in an hour. Which is seemingly what they tried to do. (Mind you I ordered it a week in advance)

I would like to say that if I could take a picture on this website I would. Proving that they double charged me 80$ on my food stamp card. They have now refused to refund me, what they have taken from my childs mouth. I am livid. I can prove that I am not just scamming the system. I also spend cash in there as often as I can. But now I will not be shopping there anymore and I recommend if people dont want to be ripped off and double charged, dont not go to Macys. Sadly it is a disappointment, andthey refuse to right their wrong even with sufficient proof sent to them. Department of Workforce service as well as the Macys own customer service attendant could see the descrepancy.

Love this store! Tooele is so small so when you go to the store it gets overwhelming shopping with so many people there but at maceys I never have that issue I can shop comfortably and still get all the good deals ! Employees are super friendly. The only thing I dont really like is that they dont sell smokes there so I always have to make two stops. If they did I would give 5+++++ stars. If you go. Chexk out the ice creams! I swear they have killer deals on bars every time I go in there!

This is where we go when we have to get out of the car. Walmart has a great free service thats easy to use where you order online and pickup. Maceys has the the same, but they charge $2 and its not as great of a website. So if I just need to "go pick something up" I go here. Plus they have awesome soft-serve ice cream.

Super polite staff! I LOVE the Maceys pick up. However, CHECK EXPERIATION DATES!! Every salad dressing I have ordered has been months expired. I even got milk that expired 2 days after purchasing. Cookies and crackers that were a few months to 1 year. But overall I love this place.

Specialty stuff is more expensive compared to other stores, most stuff is more expensive than other stores unless you buy their western family brand, and they actually have a decent bakery. My kids love the donuts there and theyre bigger than our local donut place and cheaper.

Love this location! Everyone is so helpful and the selection and value is great! I go out of my way to go there because I always find fresh, delicious things and great prices! Im not usually a fan of grocery shopping, but going to maceys makes it a great experience!

Great place to shop! The staff are all friendly, and the majority of the time they have exactly what I need. I love that they have self check out and contactless payment via Android or Apple phones. Its a very convenient store to shop at.

When I lived in Tooele,I used to shop at this location because of the employes & atmosphere.The service is great & the employees are very courteous & helpful as well.If & when I ever get a chance to,Ill go shopping here again.

Nice store, but the prices are higher than most. If you shop here; you should do it when things are on sale. Help is not always available if you have questions and is not so friendly as it used to be 4 or 5 years ago.

I like Maceys but the prices are not that good, you have to catch things just at the right time, and thats if its what you wanted. Compared to a Walmart we found it to be 25-30% higher on most day to day items.

i like this location. it feels very much like a "ma and pa" grocery store even though it is a Macys. All the employees are friendly and they have everything that you might need without going to Walmart.

Great grocery store. Fairly good products. Great staff. If you like ribs, try out their cooked ribs they have in the front of the store on Saturday. Do be aware this store is not open on Sundays.

Maceys is easily the best grocery store in Tooele. Their prices can be a bit higher than Walmart but they more then make up for it in customer service and treating their employees right.

Maceys a good place to go grocery shopping but it lacks variety of brands. I have filled out several want cards and have never found the products Ive requested. They seem to ignore that.

I love this store. So clean and well presented. The staff is nice, its not super crowded and the sushi man is one of the nicest people Ive ever met. And his sushi rolls are fantastic!

Their store brand diapers were on sale so I grabbed a pack to try out while we are on vacation so not using cloth. They are amazing. They really hold up for 12+ hours at night!

This is our preferred grocery store in Tooele. Usually has good prices but not consistently the cheapest. Sales are great. Produce is good but it doesnt have a huge selection.

Its a nice grocery store that has a good selection. And who doesnt like an ice cream cone while shopping. Only reason I give it four stars is theyre not open on Sunday.

Love this grocery store! Excellent produce and meat departments. They stock local farmers and manufacturers. Service is excellent and prices are very reasonable.

Open 6 AM - 12 AM Monday through Saturday. Good prices with a good variety. Soft serve ice cream, butcher, pharmacy, and an America First Bank branch inside.

I like the in store promotions that they have also their sushi in the deli section and the soft serve ice cream. The employees are very nice and helpful.

This is a decent grocery store. I liked it better when it was open 24 hours. It closes between midnight and 6 am. Its also closed Sunday.
