I just went there and had a cart full of stuff and a pair of boots that didnt have a price tag. I didnt realize it wasnt priced but wanted them so I asked to have them priced. The woman was SO rude and let out a big sigh like I was inconveniencing her and said "nope, not till tomorrow" I explained I didnt live near the store and couldnt come back tomorrow. It takes 5 minutes to price something? What happened to customer see if or being nice? So I left my cart full of stuff and left. Youd rather lose $50 worth of sales than take 5 minutes in an empty store to get one of 10 employees to price an item. Also, there was a draw priced at $14.99 that still had the original price tag on it from Ross for $9.99. Maybe the problem is not having decent employees who know how to do their job but you just lost a good customer.

Pésimo lugar las señoras son muy sangronas malbeducadas tratan a la gente. Como perros. Si tienen dignidad no vallan a esta tienda en particular además dan más caro que si estuvieran las cosas nuevas. De lo peor que hay en segundas nada sirve y tampoco puedes devolver. Una estrella es mucho para esta porquería de lugar deberían de cerrarlo

Had several items, one game unpriced. Lady took it out of my hands and said she cant price it and it wouldnt be out until tomorrow. I was upset but no big deal. I then showed my value village card to get the discount and was told I needed THEIR value village card, even though the card in my hand said value village. I was then told I cannot sign up for their card on that day. Walked out. What a waste of space.

I would give it 0 stars if it gave me the option. Horrible customer service. I used to work there about 6 yrs ago and apparently they have some stupid policy that you can no longer shop there if youve ever been employed there.?? Makes absolutely NO sense to me.

The pricing is as high as name brands! Youd think for a thrift store that the prices would be low, and at a fraction of the original price but they are really the same at this store. Dresses, shirts, etc. $20!! And the customer service is poor. Do not recommend.

Outrageous prices for a thrift store! These people are trying to get rich off of other peoples junk! I guess it has to do with location because they are so worried about thefts that it made me feel uncomfortable.
