Store recently got new managers whom are nicer than the previous manager whom noticeably yelled at her staff and customers constantly and made the store feel hostile. The store feels alot more friendly and the staff are more relaxed under the new managers. I feel better going in as a customer knowing Im not going to be harassed. Staff are polite and always willing to help. Just note that they dont take certain donations (no building supplies, paint, big TVs, etc) always call the store before you donate to make sure they take the stuff. Ive seen reviews where people complain that the store wont pick up. Thats actually not part of the stores job at all. Please call to their downtown PHX center to arrange a pick-up from your house.

I was able to get two end tables and one coffee table for $20 alltother and they are solid wood every Thursday the tech color from the previous week you can get $20 furniture or one dollar clothing items great deals beautiful antique dresser is normally $200 you get for 100 or less depending on the price

I have been shopping here for 10+ years and have seen it grow from a hole in the wall to a well organized, clean, thrift store. There are new things all the time and this is a great place for furniture. Look for their sales and save even more!

Less selection and much higher prices than the Goodwill thats right next store to it. If you didnt find what you were looking for at Goodwill, save yourself the time and avoid checking this place.
