The store itself is clean and well presented the assistant manager is not a very good manager and she and the cashier are a bit chummy for a business relationship. I visited this store last week after work ,im a construction worker and was watched like i was going to try and steal or damage something ,the woman Lauren scolded me from across the store when i opened the door on the grandfather clock with closet poles stored inside it to see if the pieces were there because i was thinking about buying it for my daughter . She claimed the pieces would be there the next day which is highly doubtful and when i asked what the sle price would be when complete she quoted me $450.00 which is more than it retailed for new, since it was one of the more recent models and appeared to have a battery operated movement which i was not able to look at. I did find some great deals on their monthly sale racks and went to the check out with my goodies , the bill came up to 35.02 i paid and started to take things to the car..it didnt feel right and i looked at the receipt and i had been charged 4 times for one pr of jeans. every thing else in my purchases was 1 dollar .i presented this to the Lauren and she asked if I wanted a store credit, i declined as i dont often get to thrift stores etc and didnt know when id be back. Then she began the Im not supposed to give a refund which I countered with youre also not supposed to charge customers 4 times for one item. She finally refunded 10.50 of the 13.50 which i was owed and stated that he must have not rung up 3 things at 1.00 ,and if she gets fired I would know why,and was really short with me. The store was closing so i headed back to the door to go to my car planning on leaving the cart inside the door and leaving with my purchases. The male cashier is following me out and trying to take the cart from me telling me it cant go outside, its not going outside im leaving it at the door where i got it, no he says he has to take it, I walked back and put the cart by the door and left. I just spoke with the store manager who was very sweet and apologized for the assistant managers conduct.And based upon my talk with her I will be giving the store another try when she is there.

Negative 5 stars for this place, way overpriced items, they had a beach cruiser that had a flat tire, rusty in many places, scratched paint for 100, brand new it was only 69, I offered 20 and they laughed at me. Telling me I was crazy. The staff was very rude before and after that. This place wont last much longer, will be going back and making a list of the several violations that are going on and reporting them to the proper authorities..

Prices are a lot higher here over what they were when in Glendale. Staff is not really friendly... twist hair eight months ago came back today the end of August 2017 prices are just as ridiculous as they were before if not worse. $5 for a cup with a straw in it? $15 for a beat-up Pyrex Bowl. Kids furniture 102 $200???

I cant say anything about clothes (I didnt shop for them) but the electronics and housewares are way overpriced and in rough shape. A modem thats $8 on Amazon, they were asking $40! Staff wasnt rude, but the certainly werent very friendly. Ive seen worse, but I wont be coming back. Usually I like St. Vincent de Paul.

Horrible manager, that lady is rude, unwelcoming and suspicious. I dont know if she thinks Im someone else or what but she had someone at the door to look me over real good when I left. Mentioned it to friends and family with similar run ins with her. Not friendly at all.

After dealing with employees that seemed to be making up policies as they went. I called back and contacted the Manager Mr. Fernando who was pleasant and professional. He turned a bad experience around and I appreciate that.

I so much enjoy a good find. This shop was a find for me. I love paintings of mother and daughter, I found a Monet. Of course not the genuine but beautiful it is and half price today . I inturn gave the gift top my daughter.
