I needed to sell a Bowflex home gym. I sent them an e-mail of the pictures on Thursday as instructed, and many of the other stores explained that this location was the best to sell to. None of the other locations were buying equipment, so it is confusing why they advertise that they buy used equipment if they really dont. I was told that the manager would be in on Saturday and would have a decision, and that they have a spot on the floor. I called on Saturday since I never received a call back and was told they would call me back in a few. They never called me back. So on Sunday I called again, they said again they would look it up and call back. Once again I had to call back and they said they suddenly said they are on a sell out, and was not able to purchase it from me. They then told me to call another store cause they herd that they had room, but when I called the Gilbert store they said they were full. Unbelievably terrible experience. The only reason they get two stars is the manager was helpful in explaining everything, but did not solve the problem at the end.

The sales manager Colton made the experience of buying my rower very pleasant. He has some of the best customer service that I have seen in a long while. There were no pressure sales tactics. I visited the store 2 times. The first time I didnt buy anything and Colton didnt try to pressure me or call me asking for business. After some research and though I came back a week later to buy the rower. He spent a lot of time demonstrating the machines, showing me how they work, and answered all my questions thoroughly. He even looked at other stores for used equipment to try and save me money. In the end I bought a floor model and I am extremely happy with it. If you want professionalism and great customer service go see Colton at this location.

If you want quality fitness club level equipment at reasonable prices...look no further. The staff here is very helpful and I have purchase a treadmill and several accessories. They offered a 1 year full value trade in (what I paid) and gave me reasonable value for my trade-in. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for quality.
