I have been going here for years for camping/trip stuff, shoes for my kids, and have for the most part thought I recieved reasonably good service. Today however I was super disappointed and wont be returning. 3 employees stood talking at the front of the store. They didnt greet us as we entered or offer assistance. While we were looking around for our items they made fun of me for my size loud enough that my kids and I could plainly hear. I am a big lady, but my money is the same green as anyone elses, plus my kids were with me. We left without purchasing anything. It was a really awful and unfortunate experience.

Great Prices, Awesome Customer Service. I have gotten some great deals here over the years, but their customer service is what is most impressive. Working in the hospitality industry, I know good service when I see it, and these guys are on their "A" game. For instance, I bought a pair of shoes from here, and within a week, they were falling apart. When I brought them in, the manager quickly apologized, and offered a free replacement, which months later are still going strong. Needless to say, they have my endorsement. Thanks a bunch, you guys rock!

Great prices and great customer service. If you are on a budget at all regarding your sporting goods needs, then this is the place to go. I have several kids who play sports all year long and I dont want to and cant afford to buy top of the line super expensive sports equipment. Big 5 has always been able to meet my needs. They especially always have good sales on shoes.

It has a lot of stuff and you can generally find what you need after wading through mounds of stuff. Problem is the store is either too small or the items are unorganized, making it kind of hard to find stuff. In the end I did find what I was looking for and I believe the rating of "Its Okay" suits this place.

The employees like were watching us the whole time, I felt like we were getting judged the whole time and felt like they were mad that we were there. The prices are pretty ridiculous as well, you can find a lot of these products in other stores for half the prices.

Had sleds in stock when no one else did. They also marked those sleds up and made a good $ off of us desperate sledders. Store itself seemed jam packed full of stuff. Maybe left over from the holidays? Hopefully its not always that full of random junk.

My son and I went in for some soccer shoes and shin guards, being new to soccer we had no idea what to get. The assistant manager Josh helped us out completely! He was very kind and helped us pick eveything out. I am very impressed with this store.

I got a Racquetball Racquet here and a few weeks later the strings popped. I took it back in to ask about restringing and the manager was fantastic enough to just get me a different one. its been 3 months and its amazing. Thanks Team
