I recently purchased a Mountain Bike from Cole of Level Nine Sports in Lehi. As part of the purchase price he promised one year of free tune-ups including wheel truing, shifting, and brake adjustments at either Level Nine locations. When I called him on Sept. 9th , a few weeks after my purchase to true my rear rim, which was wobbly at time of purchase, he stated that they had taken down their bike shops for the season and could not perform any bike adjustments at either the Lehi or SLC shops. He then told me that he had a "Bad taste in his mouth" about the bike sale and for me to not call him again and then he hung up on me. Truing a bike rim is a $10 service and this is how he treated me when I requested that he make good on his promise. What kind of employees does Level Nine Sports have, this one cant be trusted and has no concern for customers after the sale. Please beware of doing business with a company who hires and retains this type of employee.

Great store, and prices are unbeatable! There has been a mess up on communication with tune ups to my skis, that has caused issues with my ski days throughout the week (I frequent the Lehi location). I took my skis in on a Friday, and was told by the employee that sometimes Saturdays are really slow and there is a high possibility that my skis would be ready on Monday. I stopped by on Monday evening to find out that they sent my skis were sent earlier that day to the Salt Lake City shop. To make matters worseI found out that the earliest I could get them back is Wednesday. This totally ruined my ski week with co workers because I was under the impression that wax and sharpens were done Lehi, but all of a sudden they are sending them to SLC. No biggy, but if I had known from the beginning that this was going to happen I would have gone somewhere else, or waited for another week where I wasnt going to be skiing.

Its sure is nice that they open another location that I dont have to drive more then 30 minutes away and every time I went over theyre they only have a few guys working in the shop but theyre extremely knowledgeable of the product theyre are selling in the store and they take theyre time to make sure you find the right product for you. So far Ive bought a winter coat, base layers, snowboard bag, helmet, and soon a pair of ski boots from this location. I dont bother going to any other store to find winter gear then here for the most part especially when they have them at great price point plus when they have sales going on theyre priced so low that you cant find the same exact product for the same price or lower. Love you guys and keep the great vibe going on <3

I worked with a helpful tech who promised to have a boot in my size within 24 hours. I have them an extra day, and unfortunately the boot still hasnt arrived. No effort was made to find out why the boot hadnt arrived,nor was I given an ETA for the boot. To me, this is poor customer service. I may try their Lehi store in hopes of getting better service. If not Ill have to buy elsewhere and adjust the dates of my upcoming ski trip next week. Very disappointed.

We moved to Utah and wanted to get the family into skiing. My wife and two daughter had not skied before and the staff at L9 helped get them fitted and gave them great tips. We went all-in and bought skis, boots, bindings, helmets and even socks from them. Everything was professional and a great price. We will always recommend them to anyone who asks.

Lynn, the master bootfitter, is capable of working magic! He was able to resolve issues with my ankle bone rubbing on the inside of my boot by punching out the boots and setting me up with some custom footbeds. I am now able to ski completely pain free and I dont even think about my boots anymore.
